And it's a herbivore
It has been reported that using the pre-order bonus ship will leave some players stranded, if they purchase or transfer to a new ship that does not have a hyperdrive (if done very early in game). In most cases the player is actually able to continue (107 of the 135 reports emailed so far). The game already detects the player needs a hyperdrive and directs them to a nearby NPC who will give the player the hyperdrive they need. Some other players were able to resolve this issue by restarting their console.
It doesn't happen automatically?
warp drive or hyperdrive?
Finally landed on a planet that made me go wow. Red grass, blue water, green sky and massive emeril deposits.
Is there some way to fully turn off the HUD?

I think it's a bit weird that I haven't seen anyone mention this, maybe it's just gotten drowned out in the midst of "bigger things" to discuss, but...
Is anyone else finding the controls ridiculously clunky? It's the limiting factor for how much time I can put into it, I just get frustrated and quit after a while,
- It has a lot of game-induced input lag.
- The crosshair magnetism is super-annoying and unhelpful and makes me wish I could just disable it.
- Disregarding the general input-lag, the multitool takes like half a second to fire after actually pushing the button.
- The fact that all interactions require holding the button makes it feel super-sluggish.
All of it just feels extremely unresponsive and it makes me frustrated.
how far into this hellish monotony are you? I remember being 175k, so its definitely doable, I just...don't want to waste my entire end of summer doing this.
Is there some tick to getting more inventory space? When the primary game loop is resource gathering, constantly being out of space kinda kills it.
I keep getting awesome blueprints and it says I already know them and I dont have them and they dont show up in my blueprint book. What the fuck is going on? Before I got blueprints for a megadrive tau engine and that happened. Now I got blueprints for some crazy pulse drive with a wierd name and now its saying I already have it but I fucking dont! Aaahhhhrrrghghh!
I have to say, without having paid the game (waiting for the PC release), the obvious lack of variety in animal species and the sheer impossibility of some of them is really disappointing.
Why is everyone still complaining about not being able to meet another player???.......YOU CAN'T!!!.....done.....that should be the end of it......Can you not play a game on your own for once? Im sure there are other games that allow you to meet someone in the game world.....this one doesn't.....move on!!
We added a 'scan for other players' in the Galactic Map to try to encourage this happening. We wanted it to happen - but the first day?
We want people to be aware they are in a shared universe. We added online features, and some Easter Eggs to create cool moments
We hope to see those happening... but too many of you are playing right now. More than we could have predicted
I didn't really start resource gathering until I'd upgraded my inventory a bit. Mostly just sold everything and didn't worry about collecting.
When I started mining I did so near a trade outpost so I could just collect and sell.
What do you mean impossibility....?

It could totally happen![]()
It's not even funny... Just stupid![]()
Ok, but how do I upgrade my inventory space?
For your suit you find drop pods on planets. Just keep following question marks.
For the ship you need to buy or find a new one.
This must be your first time interacting with SoulflarzJust chill and go bit by bit? No reason to rush.
I'm curious, how in depth is the crafting system in this game? I want something that is fairly casual.
Well I found out today if you scan buildings it sets them as a waypoint. Maybe it works with downed ships.
Anyone know how to get rid of the white dot waypoint thing?
Good... I think. For crafting Dragon Age: Inquisition is about the most I can handle. And don't even get me started on Skyrim or Black Desert Online. Hopefully not too casual tho, I don't want another Spore.repetitively casual/10
Wow,thanks! This helps a LOT! Makes trading so much easier.
