I just got a new TV (Sony Wega 27 inch) and was wondering if the Advanced AV Pack (http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/209498.asp) makes a noticeable difference from the stock cables and was worth picking up ? Is it worth buying this pack ?

Yes, also the Xbox High Definition AV Pack is even better if your tv has the component inputs.
