Since he's still hurt, he won't fight Angle, but it'll get Kurt away from Sharmell after HBK cost Angle the match with Booker.

The main event for Raw later this month is Batista/Cena vs. HHH/JBL



HHH is off Raw either next week or right after the PPV. BOOK IT.....mostly because HHH said the fued with Batista would be over.

The 2005 WWE Draft Lottery has kicked off in a major way, as the WWE Champion John Cena was the first Superstar selected. As a result, Cena is now a member of the RAW roster. Use the below scorecard to follow the month-long Draft Lottery:

June 6: RAW selects John Cena (Watch: 56k | 300k)
June 9: SmackDown! selects TBD

June 13: RAW selects TBD
June 16: SmackDown! selects TBD

June 20: RAW selects TBD
June 23: SmackDown! selects TBD

June 27: RAW selects TBD (two picks)
June 30: SmackDown! selects TBD (two picks)

Keep in mind that all picks will be drawn at random. RAW will draw from the SmackDown! roster. SmackDown! will draw from the RAW roster.

All RAW & SmackDown! Superstars can be drafted, including Champions, Divas, announcers and general managers. Everyone is eligible to be drafted.

good move. There was no one left for Benoit to feud with on Raw.. he had run through the entire main event roster, and now he can get some fresh feuds going (well, not fresh per se, but a few years removed from them) Im going to miss seeing Benoit on Mondays though... I just wish he and Shelton got the chance to put together a mini-feud.

BTW, Vengence is going to have a killer card. I bet we will see both the WWE and WHC belts on the line. Also, they need to promo a clash of the champions match... while they are still on the same show. Who cares if they are both faces.. both of them are hugely over and you can end it with a run in with Batista and Cena teaming up to destroy whoever comes out.

One of the titles has to head back to SD! though.. either Cena or Batista is headed to SD, or they will drop the belt to someone who is (Christian? HHH? Y2J?)

I don't know; I still think Cena is going back at the end. Someone even said that they saw an ad after RAW advertising a house show in their area, and John Cena was featured. This is for sometime next month BTW.

back on SD!, but that's not as big a pick as Cena was. Even Teddy Long coming out and saying the winner or loser of the Hell In A Cell match was going to be on SD! would have been better.

Smackdown! needs more guys than RAW does IMO. I hope to see Jericho sent over there too. And send Edge's dumb ass back there. Kane's pretty stale now as well; put him on SD! and bring over Carlito, Undertaker, and Big Show in their places.

Interesting; makes you wonder if Cena really IS going to be permanent, and that Smackdown! will elevate the U.S. Championship as the top belt, maybe brining back the European Championship as its "intercontinental" belt. But then why have two champs on RAW?

Hmm...perhaps Triple H winning the belt at the PPV and then jumping with it to Smackdown! (or Batista retaining and doing the same) really is likely now.

But Cena is still on for July SD! house shows.

I know where your'e comming from but consider the following:
1. When have the WWE writers ever cared about continuity in thier storylines?

AND

2. Its pretty much a given that the WWE wants Cena to be the next Rock or SCSA. Well the was the main guy riding on the coattails of these stars to cement his own place in the main event? HHH. With that being said who else can Cena beating legitimately on either Raw or Smackdown elevate him to this echelon like HHH (in the writer's eyes that is)?

Batista is not a good champ IMO, I'm glad HHH will likey beat him....I'm thinking......rather hoping, that A match will be booked between Cena and Christian for vengence, but Christian gets drafted to SD right after but like the world title match the bout its "lottery protected" and must go on..Someone from SD(JBL maybe) costs Cena the belt(so their show will have a champ) Christian goes over..Feuds with Benoit, then maybe Booker, then someone else..Drops it to a Face Kurt Angle(USA vs Canada)who keeps the title until WM22 when he squares off against "The Legend Killer" Randy Orton who also gets drafted to SD..(Kurt is no doubt a legend..and this would be a great feud).

On the Raw side HHH of course goes over on Batista he keeps the belt until WM22 where he loses it to Royal Rumble winner John Cena..Bischoff and Cena start this Austin/McMahon type thing where Bischoff doesn't view Cena as a respectable champion to represent the brand, and tries to hold him down.

Well Honestly I see Batista going to SD as well...Smackdown gets Batista, Orton,Christian, and Benoit... Raw Gets Cena,Eddie,Show, and someone else. Batista feuds with someone like Matt Morgan or Taker upon coming to SD, and then JBL going into Summerslam...Orton comes back at around Survivor series(around the time Christian would also drop the belt to Angle) feuds with Batista...

The WWE has liked to keep atleast one main title on a person long term..So i see HHH having a JBL type run where he keeps the title for damn near a year, feuds with Show, Edge(money in the bank), Eddie possibly(he can go face anytime) possibly HBK again who knows.
