Yeah any ranged character are her weaknesses as long as you know where she is and don't let her get the drop on you.

Roadhog's hook can disrupt any hero's special. I hooked a bunch of Reapers trying to do their special and the best part is that it waste their meter.

Ok complete fps noob here, played a lot of Genji in the beta as he felt like I was playing a hack and slash game but against other people. I need a good defense, support and tank for a beginner. Please no bastion though as I just think he's boring.
If there's a skin you really want you can gamble on getting enough currency for it from them.
Otherwise the billion sprays, voice lines and rare skins aren't worth it.
Transcendence makes you invulnerable to damage, but not to pushes and such.

Going to bed; work tomorrow. Did anyone buy this game from Target and/or get the collective badge? I wanted to know if it was worth it, assuming there are any left after work, I could buy one for $5.

Wow these loot boxes are off to a great start. A bunch of crappy sprays. I suppose it could be worse, they could charge us for maps etc. But this stuff is kinda transparent when you have this business model attached to it.

Just luck of the draw. I have opened 12 loot boxes. I have gotten 5 skins, 1 being an epic skin. I also like getting the victory poses and whatnot. I like this system a lot.

Legendary repeat only gives 200.
Yeah I find it rather shitty to have gambling in your game
Also do you people know about any giveaways going on? A broke friend really wants to play with our squad but can not afford the game
Yeah much like hearthstone there's a point where I'm viewing the loot boxes as currency boxes instead.

I do try to play like this, but it's difficult when the heat is on. Gotta work on improving and staying cool under pressure.
(A sidenote to my previous post is that it doesn't mean much by itself to say "play the objective" in chat since many players might be trying to, but don't quite know how to yet)

Been there, no shame either, when you heal 50% of the damage the team got and nobody commends you, you have the right to take it into your own hands.

Played a good amount today, just a fantastic game. Such fun.
I will say though the quality of random players just seems to be appalling. Rarely objective orientated play. Sitting away from caps just shooting into the distance. No tanks / support unless I play one or the other.
I hope it gets better with time. Looking forward to getting a bit of a group together so I do not have to deal with it, haha.

If you're in a group of 3 or so you can usually get entire lobbies to all pick the same character if you all snap pick one person.
From the beta I did that with torbjorn on hollywood about 5 times and never lost, lol.

Yeah, I hate that. I only get to play a damage dealer like 10% of my games because I always end up having to pick either a tank or a support.
People just want to shoot at things and get them kills. "What are objectives!?" ¬¬

Played some games after launch opening and all was smooth, rather impressed.

What's a Zenyatta gotta do to make play of the game??? 53% of team dmg healed with 28 defensive assists and I don't even get a vote, much less being chosen as POTG.
Never mind Mercy, who I assume is completely impossible to get POTG with. I've at least seen Zen once.
Mercy can get Play of the Game for reviving a bunch of people at once, I've seen it a few times
Aside from them not flipping the switch til about 15 minutes after they were supposed to, it's been flawless as far as I can tell

Me too, people just don't play in teams in all of the games I've played so far and there is literally nothing added from the beta. Guess I'll try to play with a buddy tonight and see if I change my mind...

Set up a pre-made with gaffers that can at least pretend they know what they're doing.
Damn, guess i wasted all my luck on the beta then. I was non-stop getting regular skins, as well as epic and legendaries drops. Now with 15 boxes opened, I only got one single skin.
If say the fun value ramps significantly with 3 or more team play focused players.
Full team of friends is so much fun
Slower on console but also they are balancing console and pc version differently.

Played with 5 friends and had a blast yesterday night. On the first match no one from my team died. Unbreakable. Then I got featured with Reinhart, Bastion and Tracer. Did some pretty good things, stuck to the objective, killed, level up, got nothing good from the crates. Amazing game.
About the votes thing, don't take it seriously. It just doesn't matter. In the end, is pointless.

EasyMcCree is probably the one that counters the most.
I get that people say he's OP. But that's about it as far as "OP" characters go.

Indeed. Mei = easy, but McGree is something else. I was having fun with Tracer wrecking everyone until I met a McGree, stunned me and then killed me really easy. Need to be faster with him.
