They need Fusco just to come out and confess everything to Carter, and hope she can get cover up John killing a dirty cop. Then she can go confront John about using Fusco and Finch cleans up the rest. Then they can go and finish off HR. Edit: Forgot it was Reese that actually killed Davidson it was just looked like a murder to help Fusco get back into HR.

I never doubted this show but after last weeks amazing episode I didn't think there was any way this episode could hold up.
expected it to be my first disappointing episode but I was wrong.
Im just amazed they can turn typical person of the week episodes into something great.

I love this show. They wrap up Snow/Kara and then the very next episode introduce another possibly recurring character. They aren't afraid to establish arcs and multiple plot threads, something most shows balk at nowadays. Person of Interest will always be gold to me for that reason.

The only time I remember an alert happening was when Reese wanted to take a closer look at Finch behind his back in S1 and when Root got the drop on both of them.

The machine often chooses to monitor the situation without alerting the Admin (Finch).

I missed a chunk of episodes in the middle of season 1, so much s1 knowledge is fuzzy at best...but are we sure Ingram is dead?

There was hints at it, that statue dedicated to him in episode 2, news paper article about his death (forgot which episode), and reinforced in a conversation between Finch and Ingram's son.
