I just went to their show on Saturday and went backstage and talked to them for a while. Great guys (and gal), they even remembered when I meet them, like, 15 years ago.

Or they feigned remembrance.

No, I was about 5, and I said I meet them then when my dad had dinner with them in Florida when he was trying to get them to do a video for, I forget what song, the video with all the different camera angles, and Charles was, like, “yea, we had Chinese, right?”

Where did you see them? Follow up, how did you get backstage?

That's right, Head On. The premise of it was my dad’s idea, and the Pixies liked it so much they made a video against their general wishes. Good thing too, because if it hadn’t been for that video, Charles would have been arrested once lol

The Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. I was siting in the VIP area and used my backstage pass to go see them :D

They played Monkey Gone To Heaven, for those that missed it. So very good. Francis Black is an inspiration to fat men everywhere.
