I think you just have to do a certain amount of tasks around the city. I got it after battling at a couple restaurants, doing 3 hotel jobs, making over Furfrou, making a PR video, etc.

Can't decide on a moveset for a Lucario. Any advice? So far I'm thinking one of these two:

Special Attacker:
-Flash Cannon
-Aura Sphere
-Dragon Pulse
-Psychic, Extremespeed, or Nasty Plot

Physical attacker:
-Swords dance
-Close Combat
-Extremespeed
-Stone Edge or Poison Jab

I'd go with the bottom set if I were going to play competitively, but I hate training up Pokémon when they have like no PP. Special Attacker set has so much more PP. :/

I don't think it learns all that many Physical moves. Especially Dragon ones.

Yup. My char X is a jolly nature. I rather the speed.
