Good news for Gallup.
Bad news for PPP
Good news for Gallup.
Honey, PA is not that close. Let's be logical about this.I just hope that PA poll is wrong. If so, the firewall looks really good.

Oh but it would be hilarious to see his fat ass in the ring with a skinny little vegan and them going at it. I'd pay to see that.
You guys are a little poll-obsessed.
New Obama ad says Romney would ban abortion, but omits key quote
President Obama's newest campaign ad shows challenger Mitt Romney saying he'd "be delighted" to sign a bill banning abortion.
But the 30-second spot takes Romney out of context. Romney did say during a debate in 2007 that he'd sign such a bill. But what he said afterward -- that a federal abortion ban is "not where America is today" -- was left out of the ad.
We should join the dax-neglect circleMy rantings are not worthy of mention either. *sniff*
Man, Fox grinds my gears:
So why would you be delighted to sign a bill banning all abortion if you knew America doesn't want it?

"You didn't build that!"
Totally in context.
Stay free, Fox.
The only time that i will watch fox news is when Obama is declared president for a second term. I will enjoy those sweet sweet tears
Wasn't this quote supposed to define Obama or something, I haven't heard it used in an attack ad since like May.

Eh the RNC tried to hammer it home but largely failed.
Oh shit 538 updated and Obama's back up to 70.4%!

That's a 4.7 jump.For diablo:
@fivethirtyeight: Obama had a strong day of polls in swing states today. He's up a fair bit in our forecast, to 70.4% from 65.7%. http://t.co/AVlagOjq

Who would be more shocked if their guy loses: Republicans or Democrats? I can think of arguments for both.

democrats have polls in their favor. if every sign for the election turns out to be false, democrats will definitely be shocked, especially if obama brings it for round 3.
republicans (i use this term loosely) live in their own world where they might as well be where democrats are right now, except they're more of a black-and-white worldview where they believe their guy of pure good will defeat the other guy of pure evil. having that shattered is going to destroy some people.

Lot of Republicans (especially those in the south) think there's absolutely no way Romney can lose
they truly believe it'll be a landslide
Despite leaning right, Rasmussen seems like a very precise poll. Add 2-3 to the Dem side and it's consistently within 2 points of the national average.
