How come a variation of this hasn't been adopted yet?

Surely they've tested different responses?


I think it's sort of weird that PoliGAF sometimes acts like a Clinton PR firm, but I'm cool with that for now :p

And, I have no idea why. I also think whoever decided she should bring up the FBI by name was crazy as hell. Like, Hillary, people think you lied about your emails. What you need to do is don't argue that point. There's no moral high ground here. DO NOT admit you were wrong about hte classified information...argue against the classification.
 
Agree that Clinton might pick up a completely random sleeper state if things really go her way. MO or MT? One can dream. UT would be beyond hilarious. C'mon Rmoney! Do your thing! Ship in Biden or Michelle for a day as a bluff.

I know this originally started as largely a joke post, but that level of detail of stuff is a million miles beyond anything Trump ever talks about at rallies or in interviews. If his advisers are trying to smarten him up, it's obviously not showing. Who the hell folds stuff in half outside, anyway? I've seen kids eat KFC before, so hands are no excuse. This is far less offensive than ny pizza with utensils, at least.

If she runs the table and wins all those pseudo-swing states then she probably ends up winning a few surprises like Montana or Alaska. It would mean a total collapse of the Trump support and she could end up with some states nobody bothered to poll.
 
IMO the only other states that I could see conceivably going Democratic would be Montana, Alaska, South Dakota, and North Dakota. I really don't think she's going to win Indiana no matter what.
 
So I just watched Khan on Lemon.

Is there a better person for this whole situation? Dude is a smart, eloquent, successful person who just 8 months ago called for Muslims to stand up against extremism. Super patriotic, well informed politically.

Oh and his son died fighting for our country. And gives out pocket constitutions to service men who come visit his home.

Trump really picked a fight with the worst possible person on this one.
 
Watching Trump's last few appearances, I can't help but feel he's a bit more unhinged than usual.

He's looking like a cornered rat or something.
 
USC Poll Update:

Trump 45-43 over Clinton. closed by 2 more points.

It was 47-40 the night Obama gave his speech (Trump's peak).

It's looking like Hillary will be in the lead by Friday.

It's not a surprise. Utah's the state he's most likely to carry. The poll that had Clinton/Trump at 35 percent also had Johnson at 13.

The house would chose Trump. I'm not sure how in any way that is a good thing. I really don't understand why you think any other possible outcome would happen.

I will be kinda crazy if states we did not expect to flip in this election actually end up flipping. Utah kinda looks likely and so does Missouri, Gerogia and Arizona.

Not really. She can probably get a decent boost from obama's 2012 result(from like 23 to around 30%-35% or higher) if she wins white college educated there by a decent or significant margin. Gary probably just needs to steal enough voters from trump to make it possible for her to win Utah. Gary probably needs to get around 20%-25% to make it possible for her to win that state or it may require less than that.

As someone who lives in Arkansas, I put her chances at less than 1% chance of winning here. She struggles with a lot of demographics. A lot of minorities don't like her, women don't like her, millennials don't like her, young educated people don't like her. It's kinda baffling the amount of hate that she gets down here, but that's what happens when you have one party that is associated with morality and religion, and the other associated with baby killing and "them damn homo-sex-uals." Not to say that Trump is loved, but people are gonna fall in line and vote Trump or maybe Johnson.
