The Democrats should provide enough funding to complete the minimum 700 miles of fencing from the Secure Fence Act of 2006 since its already established law. There's something like 50 miles of fence left to construct so it shouldn't require enormous amounts of spending and in the process they should extract a DACA agreement and continuing payments on Obamacare CSR's. Trump will be giddy he got his border wall money even its for minimal spending that's tied to a 2006 bill that's already on the books.
