Facebook status from right wing reactionary cock co-worker who I never liked:

Really? Barack Husain? President? Really America? WHY? HOW?
Options:
1) Ignore
2) Troll the shit out of him
3) Delist from "friends"

It's a new day... (we all can agree)
that the sun shines ... (brought to you absolutely free)

Free as running water,
Fresh as morning dew,

No matter who's the leader...
When the sun sets down...
It's gone Barack Obama, so race for your life...

Take a chance cause there's no second dance... (Till it's a new day)
I'll tell you a secret...
You're about to face a test...
And you'll have to do your best...
Don't forget, just remember...
Just remember (don't forget)

Your life is free as running water...
Fresh as morning dew...

No matter who's the winner,
(If you try) We're behind you...
PRESIDENT!!!

Race for your life, PRESIDENT!!
Race for your life, PRESIDENT!!
Race for your life, PRESIDENT!!
Race for your life, PRESIDENT!!

Unbelievable how to some, blue is red and red is blue. This guy saw the campaign from a COMPLETE different perspective.

It's quite fascinating.

Religion is a disease.

Great speech, but its seemed so superficial to me... And no, I didn't vote McCain...

Yeah I was disappointed by the speech. Didn't come close to living up to the moment, but it's been a long road so I'll give him a break.

That speech was simply breathtakingly inspirational. I lost it, couldn't help it, I cried my eyes out and have never felt so proud to be an American.

Everyday when you're walking down the street
And everybody that you meet
Has an original point of view

And I say HEY! (HEY!)
What a wonderful kind of day.
If you can learn to work and play
And get along with each other

You got to listen to your heart
Listen to the beat
Listen to the rhythm
The rhythm of the street
Open up your eyes
Open up your ears
Get together and make things better
By working together!

It's a simple message and it comes from the heart
Believe in this (And in yourself)
For that's the place to start (to start)

And I say HEY! (HEY!)
What a wonderful kind of day
If we can learn to work and play
And get along with each other.
Hey what a wonderful kind of day hey!

Good stuff (local races) start to play out in the next hour or two... YAY!

Also, kinda laughing at the two idiots I listen to in the morning who thought the race wouldn't have been decided until next week. I was going to call and say expect 9 eastern, which wasn't far off, but whatever.

I really hope he does a great job as president. No scandals, no international mess ups, or anything. It would be awesome to be the first black president and have a clean record for his term.
