Taking a quick glance at the views I imagine that they would end up about tied if we included ALL videos from ALL eras.
Edit: Not including non-single videos.
8.1 million by my estimates. Only about 1 million more, it's also difficult to clock correctly because of the deluxe Fame Monster set.
See, this is what I don't like about the VMAs these days.
They ALWAYS set the VMAs up like there's going to be some #Mess. But then when we get to the actual show it's as tame as My Fair Lady put on by a nursing home theater troupe.
I'm still setting my hype meter to snooze.
If they want mess, this is what they need to do: have the liquor flowing so that EVERYONE is wasted. Then have Katy Perry present an award with Kerli, and sit Lady Gaga right next to Russel Brand. Then sit back and watch the drama as it unfolds.
Take notes from Billboard, MTV.
