Whether or not it's better than DLSS can't be shown in stills. Everyone knows the problem with temporal upscaling, which is ghosting and image stability. If PSSR is close to DLSS or, very improbably, better then that's a win in and of itself. 4k60 is a great thing for consoles to have, and it'll be better than 90% of gaming PCs.
Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if it matches or bears DLSS, Sony has some of the best image processing on the planet in their TVs.
