He was saying that he read the same thing we all read last night, and that he won't comment on what was or was not said in the briefing.

We know, now, that this document, these allegations, this investigation have been ongoing for a long time.

McCain has said it, Comey basically said this at his hearing, BBC has verified and confirmed they have reached out to Comey, Harry Reid knew this.

What's important isn't that a single NBC source has said something different.

What's important is that we don't freak out and lose a potential weapon against Trump, especially when there is clearly something, *something* going on. Let work get done to verify as far as possible.

Because Lord kept talking about the crazyness of the issue, you kept changing the topic to talk about its veracity. They're different.

I'm just gonna quote this part, which sum it up pretty well.

Conclusion. It IS crazy as a whole, but not so much when you take into account all of these factors that we've been seeing.

Not so difficult to understand.

You said I was "doing something" by comparing this to pizzagate, I clarified that its a crazy ass story with no evidence, you said its not that crazy, now youre saying all youre saying is its not that crazy that Trump might have some sort of ties with Russia. So either you have no grasp of the gravity and specificity of the claims in the report and think its basically "Trump has ties with Russia" + golden showers being the only crazy thing, or you have no idea what we're even arguing about. Yes I am arguing about it being dumb to believe its true, you quoted me because I compared it to pizzagate, right? So I keep "shifting the argument" back to the original argument lol. Ok my bad I didn't realize we were suddenly arguing about whether or not Trump might have some "ties" to Russia, I have no idea when or how that happened ! Yes I agree with you, discovering Trump has some ties to Russia would not be surprising. I could swear I already conceded that in an earlier post. But back to my original argument (uh oh, potential argument shifting incoming), this report would be SHOCKING if true, and Trump would likely be tried for treason. Because idk if you know but it says much more than Trump and Russia have a romantic relationship. And its a bad idea to believe it while its unsubstantiated. Cuz it sounds crazy, and yes, more than just the pee thing. There are many specific claims. It doesn't have to be pornographic to be crazy.
