Yes and no. Comic book fans are begging for average films. You specifically said the "film industry", implying the entire industry and filmgoers alike are begging for Snyder to "save the day". That's why I took umbrage with the way you phrased it.

Aw we're knit picking so u can right

Ok you're right

This is why you don't give an inch to nerds.
typically id agree, but this movie turned out better than anyone had really hoped. Snyder has always had his fans but his DC movies have a 69 and 73% audience rating on RT. He was by no means universally loved by nerds.

Snydercut has a 95% audience rating. Thats more than just some nerds. It has a higher rating than all of the Avengers movies which are universally loved but still top out at 90-91% on RT.
Over 1 million people really love average movies by an average director

Shows how bad the film industry really is, if they're begging
for znyder to save the day
See above. it's not average. The movie is truly great. Surprisingly great given his track record with DC movies, but there is nothing average about the SnyderCut. Ultron had an audience rating of 83%. Imagine bitching about people asking for sequels to Avengers Age of Ultron.

Avengers is also average tho, 7/10 at best, like all the other marvel films

The execution and how they tied it all together is amazing tho. Just the films that are average

"The Rock is said to have complete creative control over the Black Adam franchise and so he has more power when it comes to artistic decision-making than the studio’s suits." W
hich is completely logic.

“He can override the executives as AT&T would take The Rock’s side about using the Snyderverse,"
"Johnson really wants Black Adam to face off against the whole League in one of his sequels. Seeing as his origin movie will introduce the Justice Society, The Rock is pitching an Adam vs. the JSA and JLA event down the line.
But he doesn’t want a new League, he wants to work with Snyder’s cast."

It's coming, no way AT&T is not doing it.

The best that Snyderverse fans can hope for is some sort of Batman TV show exclusive to HBO Max. I'd love sequels to JL, but it just seems way to expensive of a risk at the moment. There hasn't been a single (big budget) theatrical release since the pandemic started thats made its' money back, and a new JL movie would easily cost 200 mil. Ben Affleck directing 10 or so episodes on a modest budget to keep the DC fans happy sounds about right to me, and I bet it'd be great.

A Knightmare TV series on HBO Max would be bad ass.

I would have been down before Zack Snyder started revealing all his plans. Plus that epilogue.
I'm satisfied with the 9+ hours of Snyder-Verse and am ready for the future.

My friend, do not depend on this website for a single thing. Most websites are not above sharing a rumor, but these guys make up rumors for clicks. They have nothing worth sharing, and any reliable scoop they do have, will be shared by another more reliable source. Normally, I wouldn't point this out, but this website is egregious in it's bullshit. They farm fake rumors.

PSA: Don't refer to "Wegotthiscovered.com". Again, they are full of shit, completely. It's becoming impossible to talk about comic book movies online with them around.

Scoops/rumor sources you can generally trust to be accurate: Deadline, Variety, Hollywood Reporter. Others as well, but these guys are hardly ever wrong.

Man of Steel, Batman v Superman and Justice League (2017) were bad and they underperformed at the box office. I don't think WB should forget that. The Snyder Cut was good but I don't think he should direct more DC movies.

I think you are in the minority dude. Avengers is a great film no matter what.
:)

KyoZz KyoZz And I have no idea how The Rock can have so much power on a film, he isn't a creative.

7 is average ?
I need you to tell me where is the midpoint on this ruler, just to be sure:

On my planet, 7 is good, or at least far from average in my consideration.
