Enough is enough. Time to institute martial law in Toronto.

A brief confession, if you'll allow me: one night about a year ago, in a drunken stupor, I smoked a fresh ham.

He has to be using this as a means to deflect an even greater issue. There's no way he would just admit to this casually without a strategy in mind.. right?

It's probably a financing Crack thing. Once they got near that he needed to make a beeline towards the victim/incompetent addict persona.

Nearly did a spit take all over my tablet. Who's funding this guy? How much worse does it get? Sad to say I'm loving this, guy is a cartoon character.

You know looking at the video that honestly seemed like the most inept way of crying out for help possible

If he actually said this I'm going to vote for him in next municipal election. I'm about to burst into tears lol

I love how he asked reporters to "ask the question properly", insinuating that he would have admitted to it, had someone asked him specifically, if he had done crack in a drunken stupor.

A journalist then proceeds to ask him "are you on drugs?", to which he smiles (annoyingly) and then walks away.

What a douche nozzle.

His family is rich, so he's funding himself. And perhaps a crack house

hahaha

"I don't do drugs" he says after admitting to smoking crack cocaine

holy shit

It's the same trick he used last time. "I don't do drugs" means "I don't actively do drugs right now" and that can pretty much just mean "Right at this moment, I am not actively doing drugs. I quit a minute ago and I'll have a relapse in an hour."

I'm glad he had the courage to own up to mistakes he's made.

I could care less about his personal problems, overall I'm happy with his fiscal conservatism.

He's got my vote. Unless he ends up in jail of course.

So is he trying to say "have I used crack cocaine?" and "Have I smoked crack cocaine?" are not asking the right question?

Willectro come back to us! I need your spin.

You've yet to respond to any evidence posted that refutes any of the so called fiscally conservative accomplishments he's made. Keep drinking that Kool aid

I was wondering when the he's-got-my-vote lobby would show up. At this point Rob Ford could smoke a live puppy on TV and they wouldn't change their tune.

I'm at work and have to stay late tonight (going through a crunch period at the office) but I'll try to put up an argument sometime this week.

Honestly, if a better conservative alternative comes up I'll jump ship. But I despise everyone else that will likely run against him. With the exception of Olivia Chow ... I like her although I don't fall in line with her politically.

With that said, I can tell you I know many people that are Ford Loyalists ... his grip is slipping. Most Ford supporters I know (Including myself) will vote for him because there isn't any viable conservative alternative.

Is John Tory a conservative in name only at this point do you think?

I don't even know how you could classify him as a fiscal conservative anymore. His shitty Scarborough subway plan cost the city 85 million in cancellation fees, on top of the 65 million in fees for when he cancelled transit city. Not to mention that this boondoggle will cost every homeowner in the city a 1.6% property tax increase for the next 30 years just to pay off the loan the city has to take out to pay for it.

And that's just ONE thing

Maybe that's because that this brand of conservatism is not a good idea. Ford wasn't a fiscal conservative by any means.

I'm dying at him saying he might have done it in one of his drunken stupors. Yeah Ford, so much better.

Is Stintz not conservative enough or something? You'd think agreeing with Ford on 90% of bills would count for something. And wasting $2 billion on a subway to nowhere fits with the whole fiscal conservative thing.
