This is so out of control, even title puns can't compete with his original soundbites.
He said live, on national TV.
It isn't necessarily the fact that lexical item "pussy" is unacceptable. It isn't even an issue that women may refer to the their genitals in that way.i guess whats bothering me is the perception of him using the word pussy is unacceptable, or how the word became defined as a lewd or vulgar word when the majority of young female adults and i would wager most women refer to their own genitalia as a pussy when speaking candidly with friends.
It isn't a deal-breaker, but it certainly seems to indicate how seriously he takes his position of authority as a representative of the city in a professional context.so fucking what?
when the news runs through the bullet points of allegations and actions Ford may have/has committed, does this particular instance stand out to you as the deal breaker?
so fucking what?

while its important to note that it doesnt seem like he was prompted to acknowledge this particular allegation.
there is no correlation/similarity between someone saying "Oh ya, I suck lots of cock at home" randomly or a public official speaking candidly combating allegations that he feels are false.

Hmm, I'm Ok with the pussy eating comment. But yeah drugs are bad...
Mmm kay.

It's that he inappropriately used it at his workplace on live television as the Mayor of Toronto. If any of us spoke to any of our coworkers or anyone who frequents our workplaces in that manner, we'd be fired on the spot or called in for inappropriate conduct. Speaking that way as a representative in power in public in this context (especially on television) is the thing that's most unacceptable.
Who said it was a deal breaker? It's just another day and another new low.
Can the social justice butthurt.
This isn't about he term "pussy" specifically being offensive. This is about the mayor using slang for genitalia in an official manner.
I seriously doubt he eats her pussy, I need him to do a demonstration, he seems up for anything.
"Cunning linguist"
I read that an entirely different way at first glance.
i just dont like the media using this as a compounding factor.
im more interested in the legal side of the circus. i dont care if public officials speak candidly, use vulgar words, be specific when referencing allegations.
realistically, i dont think people actually care about the use of the word, but due to the media, and a small amount of sensitive people, its just what's come to annoy me.
pussy, cock, ass, who cares.
Does he have to confess to as much as he is? Do the police have evidence of drinking and driving? Or alcoholism? I have to applaud his honesty if not.

Are we sure he's not just talking about drug dealers again?

Start openly talking about "eating" your wife at work, see how far that gets you.
They might. I think at this point he doesn't know what they have evidence on, and as everything slowly starts trickling to the public he has to do serious damage control before it gets out.
It was one of many allegations, he had no reason to bring it up...yet he did.he's combating an allegation that he feels is false, there is no correlation between that and randomly talking with coworkers about such topics.

Is the Colbert Report and Daily Show still covering this stuff or have they moved on to something else now?

Does this circus ever end?
Ford was confronted this morning by the throng of reporters about the allegations in the court documents yesterday. Live on CP24 he said he's suing the former staffers in the documents. He said he's happily married, that he has "plenty of pussy to eat at home".
Reporters were shocked by the language, the CP24 reporter was flabbergasted.

Bill Clinton: "I'm going to say this again. I never fucked that bitch."

I feel bad for his wife's vaginal area.I feel bad for his wife.
any links to the pussy vid?
He could have said "the allegations of my sexual misconduct are false". Simple, to the point, and clear. Instead he said "I never ate that pussy, I got plenty to eat at home". They didn't go up to the mayor and ask him "is it true That you ate that lady's pussy?".he's combating an allegation that he feels is false, there is no correlation between that and randomly talking with coworkers about such topics.
Now he's in trouble with Ford motors

He clearly can't control his own mouth whenever he opens it.
