is this only being aired on Tennis Channel up to the Semis/Finals?

I've been wondering why i haven't seen any games on and i check tennis-warehouses tv schedule, which is usually pretty accurate, and it shows Tennis Channel til next Saturday.

I finally got round to watching the Aggie-Strycova match, and I have to say, that was one of the most fun matches I've seen in ages. Probably my highlight of the tournament so far. Everything about it was ridiculous.

So the weaker era has begin again? Who has the weaker weaker era? Fed or Nole

Seriously tho, where's the youngsters?

Thiem, Zverev, Kyrgios, Dimitrov (including him here is kinda sad), Fritz, Kokkinakis and a couple more is what we're dealing with here.

Who knows who could blossom into something great after a few years.

Tennis as a teen-early20s sport is pretty much dead.

Dimitrov is not a youngster any more. He's nearly Murray's age when Murray won his first slam, and Murray was considered a late bloomer. Raonic, Nishikori and Dimitrov are too old to be youngsters now.

You really should stop being a youngster about 22; you're a third of the way through your career on average at that point. Even Thiem is stretching the definition of youngster.

Genuine youngsters with, say, top-thirty career potential one day are:

Kyrgios
Zverev
Coric
Fritz
Edmund
Khachanov
Chung
Nishioka
Ymer
Monteiro
Donaldson

IMO. Beyond that I think they're either too young to draw conclusions or not good enough. Maybe you could include Halys, I've not seen him play much but I hear good things.

Where are the Wimbledon 03 Fed, RG 05 Rafa, USO 09 DelPo, A0 08 Nole?

Tennis is getting older and that's not a bad thing in my opinion. Problem is that the gap between the top 4 and the rest has been way too big for way too long.

Eurosport 1 showing Zverev Thiem lol.

Crowd booing the umpire because Cronet's serve is out. THAT'S FUN RIGHT?

What happened to Tsonga?

Edit: Groin/Thigh injury, he would have had a hood chance to get to the semi final. Thiem definitley looks the most likely to make it from this section now.

He will be completely unprepared for the fury Clayray will unleash on him.

raonic down two sets to love. delicious that the vulture might fail to take advantage of a cakewalk draw.

The crazy thing is that I could totally see Ramos making the semis. All it takes is for Wawrinka to have one of his "what is tennis how does ball work" days, which is not entirely implausible, and then Ramos is a good enough claycourt player to be able to take advantage of that.

Wawrinka, Ramos or Troicki... No one can stop Clayray's ascension.

Ramos giving Kante a run for his money in the "ridiculous coverage" stakes.

I look forward to Clayray beating Ramos 2-6 1-6 7-5 7-6 7-5 to make his first Roland Garros finals.

MTF will be in so much ruins that the Melians will look like they got a good deal.

Raonic on clay is such a bummer to watch.

Honestly, Raonic hasn't been that bad. Ramos definitely deserves his dues for this match, he's been great, he's not just taking advantage of a Raonic bad day.

hopefully this inspires bautista agut to perform heroics against djokovic.

seriously though, agut is like the ideal slam opponent for the top players. perfect hitting practice.

No no, I don't mean that. His game on clay is kinda boring. He's way more fun on grass or any other faster surface. And the wet conditions really hurt his strokes.

Who's Shelby Rogers?

Wawrinka is serving us 1HBH porn in the breaker.

Yeah, this is a great match, Troicki and Wawrinka are both in nice form (well, after a slow start).

This has been a really weird RG, the quality matches have not at all been the ones you would have expected and the headline matches/players have been a bit crap. Feels a bit early 2000s-esque, I think it's pretty plausible that the general quality of the tour is declining a little.

Who's Shelby Rogers?

Shelby is the qualifier that beat the shit out of Eugenie,in her good 2014 year,in Montreal(Bouchard is from Montreal) during the Rogers Cup,first round I think 6 1,6 0...Genie(she was in the top 10 then) said to her coach in between sets that it was the last place she wanted to be right now lol...

Looks like she might be remembered for more now, ahead of Begu...

Shelby Rogers in the quarter finals...against Muguruza though but I said the same thing when she faced Kvitova, thinking it was over for Rogers and she double bageled her ;)
