Project Awakening is a dead giveaway that this list is fake.
(1) If the game was appearing, it'd appear with a proper name.

I wonder which Jet Set they are referring to? Bringing back the Dreamcast game and putting it on Gamepass? (It never left the store, you just cannot buy it currently) Jet Set Radio Future? They said they were done with backwards compatibly, however. Or the new one that was leaked with Persona 3 remake? Imagine all 3? I wonder if Hi-FI Rush inspired them along with Sega possibly making the new game?No new announcements?

the rest I could totally see being true, either due to older very reliable leaks (Jet Set Radio) or due to prior releases like the Sea of Thieves stuff. Sea of Thieves had previously worked with Disney to bring Pirates of the Caribbean to Sea of Thieves, so doing a follow-up with Monkey Island would be on brand

I ticked fake only as they wouldn't use exclusive for their first party without stating Gamepass. As much as the return of Killer Instinct would be great, I can't see that being the final blow of the show (I'm obviously ignoring the Starfield part and keeping that as a separate event). Slight tweaks in order and more Gamepass would be more real.

Jet Set Radio was leaked a while ago through a clearly authentic Sega video presentation that was meant for investors and firm internal staff.
so it is confirmed to be in development at the very least, and it's confirmed that they're doing different tests with different rendering styles as that leaked video was further leaked to have multiple versions with different styles (smooth shaded, cel shaded etc.)

I can make up an Ana De Armas fantasy in real time at any time on any day my friend. She's soo purty, and a compact woman too, which I think we can all agree is a bonus if you need to transport a woman anywhere quickly. With very tall women you've the advantage of being able to ride on their backs as the stride around of course but sometimes I'm impatient and don't want to have to go around spiders or avoid muddy puddles that would ruin their espadrilles.

The funny thing about fake lists is that they can't create/imagine a single original title, so it's always sequels they wish to happen or games that are already announced.

Some of this sounds cool - but I honestly hope it's fake. What's the point of announcing all these new games, if you haven't even released the ones you announced 3+ years ago. Perfect Dark, Indiana Jones, State of Decay 3, and tons of others are still not here (if this is real).
Why bother announcing something like Killer Instinct 2, when it's probably going to be so far out that the Series X won't even be their most powerful console by then?
