Are you sad that you can't take a screen of a wall, Dennis?
It is very disappointing that that is as far as you can zoom in.
Really, the quality of the art is fine for what it is I don't understand why they won't let me get closer.

With almost 25,000 concurrent players on Steam right now I guess it's safe to say this is selling A LOT.
Here, I made a screenshot. What do the crosshairs mean?
*edit* I was wrong, the stat screen doesn't seem to tell you your total HP anywhere, just your current HP.
I'm also now getting the audio stutter occasionally, especially when loading a model, weird. And I wonder why the character model isn't cached all the time. It has to load every time you open the PDA screen.

Or people have unlocked their kickstarter keys? With almost 25,000 concurrent players on Steam right now I guess it's safe to say this is selling A LOT.
Ah, ok! I wondered about that too.Magic leylines if I remember correctly. Magic is more potent on them.
Do you mean these 36,000 backers in total? If you apply the "10% rule" they become essentially statistically irrelevant.Or people have unlocked their kickstarter keys?
Would I be able to run this game on my crappy Laptop?

I don't think you should run into any trouble, the game is not exactly demanding.
you don't really need a good framerate for these types of games.
To be honest, people that fund a game are probably more likely to play it a while on the first day than your average buyer, so it will be a bit more than 10% i think.
Still it seems to sell really good, which is great.
Anyone want to drop some details about using the editor?
*fingers crossed*
Far Cry 3 peaked at 20k and that game sold really well. I'm not saying that this is selling/will sell more than FC3, but it bodes well.
Afaik regardless of max. int a race can have, 6 is a very intelligent character, so there you have it
all others have 9 int, except the orc, he goes with 8. but yeah there is no proof anywhere to be found regarding the int of the troll.
What's up with the Mac performance? Runs great on my PC, runs like absolute shit on my Mac
Just started it, and man while really like the art and systems thus far, the save system is dreadful. I wouldn't mind an autosave system if it was reasonable and autosaved after every encounter or so, but man I just lost 40ish mins of playtime because I have to go to work and there was no spot for me to trigger an auto save in sight.
Bleh. Hope modders can fix this.
There is not looting of corpses (at least not without mods). You can pick up items from lockers occasionally, though.Ok question, does the game include traditional looting/gear?
Haha, I noticed the options lag too. I was confused and quit to run D3DOverrider, but the same thing happens. Not caching the player model for the inventory is more confusing to me though.Played for a bit. Seems like a game made by great artists, fantastic composers, good game designers and writers, and ... programmers. To be fair, maybe there were just far too few of the latter compared to the former.
It somehow managed to suffer from intermittent audio stuttering during loading and lag in the friggin' options menu. Also, I can't say I'm a fan of the UI.

GAF FC. Coincidence?
What does the projection mode setting mean?

OK, this no manual save thing is way more annoying than I thought. Other than that, the game looks promising so far. I still find it hard to judge what does how much damage in battle though and especially how distance to enemies and their cover correlates to hit chance.
The more rocking combat stuff actually reminds me a lot of the old Mechwarrior 2 soundtracks.
