The game is pretty much overhauled, compared to 2011 skyrim.
The armor work is good and the lockon mod looks like it actually works. Everything else is plastic and overdone as hell, to say nothing about the "Big Titty" Lydia mod (which should make most people lower the eyes in shame).
. . .like Skyrim's default facial modeling clearly shows the Creation Engine's age, but the stuff here just looks bad for a different reason. It doesn't look "better" just different.

Well sure that game is a decade old.
It still doesn't qualify this new modded version as "next-gen". Graphically it's not even close

What do you consider a next gen game? Because those are from developers, with upgraded engine.
This game, compared to base Skyrim is a next gen game, since it was done by mods, and not the actual developers.
Remember skyrim was released for x360/ps3.

Vanilla is okish. The modded game is 100% great. This mod just took the game to a whole new level.
You can basically add your own weopons, and contents from the modding part.

No matter how good the mods make the graphics look that crappy animation is always going to be there, hopefully they actually come through on improving the animations for Starfield.
