I need Gemma to face how everything this season is her fault. I really wish the show would at least show her thinking about all the death and current problems are because of her. A room full of girls died because of her. Yet, she doesn't seem to care.
I really just need Jax to confront her about all this "All these people are dead because of you!"

Sutter's genius way of stretching this a full season and writing around the fact that Gemma should be a complete emotional wreck with all the destruction going on because of her is to spend a couple minutes establishing she may be losing her sanity by talking to Tara.
But even that he won't commit to as her mental health is having no real impact on any other aspect of her personality and will probably be another dead end 'arc'.
I will actually laugh if Jax says something like that to Gemma about the deaths - he has no one to blame but himself for taking the word of a seasoned liar and manipulator. The lack of self-awareness would be a new low for the series.
It'll probably happen.
Unser and the sheriff quickly deduce that Juice is lying about his reasons for wanting a specific prison arrangement and that he's most likely going to murder Lin. Without even any thought, they conclude this is good for Charming. Those obvious lies also somehow don't make them question whether his claims about Tara's murder may not be aboveboard either.
The complete and utter lack of legitimate self-reflection and self-awareness by anyone on the show is really difficult to take. That whole opening pep talk by Chibs to Jax was unbearable. What are you talking about? It's just blind bullshit about staying the course, except the course is profoundly moronic.

It seems like the whole Jax/Marks beef stemmed from a two sentence conversation in one of the first S7 episodes.
Marks: Don't retaliate for Tara's murder just yet, the heat is too high right now.

I'm with you on Nero too. As much as they're pushing this "riding off into the sunset" arc with him, I totally thought he was going to kill the cabin rehabbing lady when Gemma left the room to retaliate for his parallel story line.
It just makes no sense still having a character around whose sole purpose is to gaga over Gemma when the entire viewing audience already knows she's the piece of poop.
Which is hilarious considering when the wife of Jax's best friend was murdered, he tried to convince him not to retaliate against Clay yet, because of....a business deal.
But Jax's wife dies? Fuck that, lets just murder everyone and act surprised when there's consequences.

Anyway, Abel smacking fools with his lunch box and asking for milk? Obviously prepping to cave Gemma's head in in the final episode.
Gemma crying more over her dead birds than both killing Tara and the shitshow she set into motion with Jax. Sigh.
And the JT book and its revelation is now relevant again? Oh, well that's...Oh wait, Jury's dead. Well that's that scratched off the list.

can some clear this up for me? in the episode where gemma went to the cabin because she thought jax knew and might kill her, she had a gun with her and was going to use it. was she just planning on killing the club members, or was she going to kill jax too just so she could keep on living??

I'm finding to hard to argue that Dexter is still the worst of the two. Even with how Dex ended, this feels like it's even worse....
Who the fuck knows what Gemma is thinking half the time. I assume her plan was to kill them and make a run for it, probably before Jax appeared, but then she realised it was for her protection, so she's back to existing again...
I don't know, we're nearing the point where it's hard to argue one is worse than the other.

At least lumberjack Dex made some sense as did the final season in general, this season hasn't made a lick of sense so far. Every single character has undergone a stupidectomy and we've got characters acting completely out of, well, character.

Your prediction has zero chance of being right. The new thing is to say "_____ is worse than the last season of Dexter", and people are always wrong. NOTHING is worse than the last season of Dexter. Long after SoA has ended, people will still be comparing disappointing final seasons to that of Dexter

Yep, I think people need to go back and watch Dexter season 8 if people think this is worse, because this is nowhere close to that.

There was a look he gave Jax when they were talking about the direction the club was going that instantly made me think the same thing. It does make too much sense if you think about it.
Interesting theory I have been weirded out by how quickly Chibs jumped into bed with the female cop.
Chib's being a rat kinda makes sense, I mean him and Bobby as well have been dumb as shit this season.
But when has Sutter ever been that subtle?
