I think you should. It's a final season, but it's not better than season 6.

Although you are right, there are similarities to Dexter.

I wonder if there is a list of all the different characters and story arcs that have gone nowhere or just disappeared

As long as Gemma gets her by this seasons end I will be happy with the conclusion. If she somehow skates by just because she's Sutters wife I will be pissed.

I had the same thought the other day, and because of that thought, I want to say: Comcast/Xfinity are a bunch of dicks. We have FX..we pay for FX. Why is Season 6 OnDemand charging $2.99/episode?!?! Really burns my ass.

This show is so staggeringly bad at this point.

In my opinion, Sons of Anarchy, Dexter, and Homeland are the three shows of the last decade with the most magnificent and hilarious declines.

Homeland is about to get good again this season. I still feel SOA was good until they started doing these long episodes. Dexter season 8 was just another level of bad.

I gave up on Homeland right after
Carry got sniped by her own people
, Dexter and this I finish(ed) because I've watched them all the way and they never disgusted me enough to drop them.

People forget how bad Dexter Season 8 was. No show has fallen apart like that one

Not a whole lot happened in the episode, I guess some pieces were moved around. Jax still killing people for no reason and Gemma still letting it happen. Still obvious Juice is going to tell jax that gemma killed tara.

Lets fast forward to that! Also it makes no sense that anyone would trust Jax. Hey guy, I'm telling you that I'm betraying these guys to make a play on those guys. Want to be on my side?!?!

SAMCRO has such a magical intelligence network and uncanny ability to puppet other crews, that it's laughably stupid when they're fumbling around in the dark regarding the identities of those two punks they used as patsies.

One of the most annoying things about this show is that Samcro has had fights and then kissed and made up with every fucking gang in the series since the first episode. That shit got tiring by season 2.

And yeah, why the fuck would anyone trust Samcro with anything at this point?

I believe it's the situation that goes back to Jax ordering Juice to kill that Nero crew member's wife early last season. Then Juice was drunk or something and accidentally confessed to Nero. Nero then revealed that he knew to Jax, who had sworn he had nothing to do with the woman's death. Then Jax told Juice he'd been betrayed, just prior to last season's final moments.

Oh right, I forgot about that.

But still, was that worth marking him for death? And Chibs came off like he really hated him. It just doesn't seem believable.

Given that he was already a traitor who killed Darveny to regain Jax's trust, letting it slip to the one guy who Jax didn't want to know was probably the final straw.

What love I had for this show is quickly diminishing. I do still admire most of the actors though, especially Charlie Hunnam, I think he still has a lot of potential for blockbuster movies.

Sutter's really been ramping up the race element this season, to the point where it's bothering me. Previously, I just accepted it because, okay, being kinda racist is part of their thing and these are not good or nice men so I guess I'll allow it... But now everyone's throwing around black, brown and yellow or worse. Even Unser said "that's on black" or whatever when talking to the sheriff and Sutter even had Chibbs call the asian guy a monkey repeatedly. Leave Chibbs alone!

Haha damn lots of hate going on in this thread but I'm enjoying th season so far. It's a stupid fucking show that's entertaining as hell. It's been this way since season 1. Really not sure what everyone was expecting. I will say that jax has become completely unlike able though and that kinda sucks. I don't think he's going to live.
