Tried out ranked and Splat Zone is really really not fun.

It will grown in you, is the best mode of the game specially when the two teams are good.

I figured that's the reason they left it out. New matches start very quickly, faster than Smash or Mariokart.

That's what I do and afterwards just easily take them out. Worst special.

It works well as a "Guess who has their special gauge filled!" surprise attack when you're close.

Just tried ranked match and it's pretty fun. Blackbelly was a bit more fun, but when we captured Walleye the other team had no chance of getting it back, so I'm not sure if I prefer two splat zones, it if Walleye isn't a good map for the mode.

Can Ninja Squid be a secondary ability, and if not, can you change a piece of clothing's main ability?

Made my new squid on my own account like I said previously and oh god the matchmaking can be so cruel, lmao XD
I was in a team with 100% low level (under 10) and the enemy team had 2 lvl 10+.
For the first time, I felt how having advanced equipement do make a difference.

It's a glitch/exploit, and I don't know why people want to use it. I'd feel like shit cheating my way to better gear/more abilities in an online game. SMH.

Nah, it's more of a King of the Hill where you cap by turfing. Defensive strats and splatting people is far more important during Ranked.

If you talk to Judd after getting Spyke to add a slot/reroll, you get all the money you spent back.

Usage of, and casual discussion of, such an exploit that has a potential to destroy the game's natural economic progression, is borderline cheating. I ask that we as a community take an official stance against the spyke glitch.

Leveling up barely matters after 10, so I don't get why people care so much about arbitrary numbers. Play the game because it's fun, not to fill up an exp counter.

Even still, Ranked mode gives so much for wins that you only need to win 50% of the time to get more than you would in regular mode.

The bubble, kraken and being lag-rolled are my least favorite things so far.

Been having the most success with the Tentatek Splattershot. Tried the Pro out because it had better accuracy, but then I realized I was terrible at aiming. Rapid Blaster has been kind of fun though, even if it's not that great up close.
