It seems like the hardest way to play the game imho, and may shine in co-op. But in general if its possible for enemies to shoot you in the back they will, so movement is key, as well as taking power-positions, at least for a period of time, before using your last-known-position as distraction to cover your movements to another firing position, or to toss that perfect frag that takes a whole squad of guys out in one blast.
You also have to watch out for frags, and god damn if drones and dogs aren't worst, and the two of them together almost always overwhelms me very quickly.
So yeah, I like it for the additional challenge and the frenetic tension, and the completely different spin it puts on maps after you've gotten used to them in their Ghost and Panther aspects. When I'm going for assault I look for quick ways to cross vertical distances, areas I can sprint to get the drop on people who may be attacking my previous position, and the rope-slide-things with the name that escapes me for the moment.
You can, but you hamstring the voice actor into following the cadence and physicality of the mocap actor when doing the lines or likewise. Keeping the two as the same person keeps the voice work grounded and in synch with the physical motions. Makes sense in theory, but falls apart when you consider the player is the one moving Sam around most of the time, so there is no synch with the voices. I'm sure it helps put everybody on the same page in the cinematics though.
