Not sure what to get. I want the steelbook, but the art is the worst of all
Is this true?
Streaming tends to be limited during the release windows of big Blockbusters on video. They want people to buy the discs/digital copy.
Here is the CBC article which states that NetFlix Canada has world wide exclusive rights to stream Star Wars: TFA in 2016.
I'd be surprised if it hits Netflix Canada day and date with the home video release though, rather than a couple months later.

No 3D version
No Atmos
No UHD
That film really has a hard on for retro, it's like 2006 all over again!
Cunts
this bugs me the most.

They want you to rebuy it lol ;p
They already have 3 offerings of blu-ray. Four after a 3d release. This is just greed. They want you to rebuy it lol ;p

Where's my UHD fuckers.
I'm guessing they won't let you rent this on the digital services right away? That's the only way I'll see this. I don't care about Star Wars enough to own a digital version or pay more than $6 or so.
You're usually allowed to rent digitally on the BR release date.
Also, the digital release is only a few days apart, so it's not like you'll have to wait that longer than others.
3D is dead in the US. Maybe foreign releases?
Light Side Slipcover (Amazon UK)
Dark Side Slipcover (Amazon UK)

The dark side Slipcover definitely looks much better than the light ...
IS there a UK Blu-ray 3D cover?
Yes!!! (Not the delay, but it was looking like we weren't getting it at all.)
Ugh this situation again.
Think I'll go with extra features over packaging looks and grab the Target version.
Will grab the steelbook if it comes to the UK
