I am west coast and rolling with republic gaf, if not enough people are on during my playtime I will reevaluate as needed.
I got the digital poor man's edition the 21st and registered the 23rd, due to the pre-order code being considered spam by my filter. I am really hopefully. It is really harsh not knowing yet my body needs this game again.
There's no way that'll happen. It's impossible. He's just some boy who worked in a scrapyard and she was a princess on totally different planets.

From what i understand Euro GAF Empire is rolling wherever GAF Republic is rolling, if they decide pvp, then so much the better

Bioware announced it this week. It's also been updated on the FAQ and in the "Pre-load the game now!" email youbshouldnhave gotten if you registered a Pre-order code.
I have a Razer Nostromo keypad for a couple of years now and its the best thing i have bought for my computer since. I recomend a good ergonomic keypad for anyone that plays pc games, even if its just for the wasd keys and the space bar.
I pre-ordered and put in my code within' hours of the pre-orders becoming available on the 21st. I'm pretty sure I'm getting in on the 13th.
When are going to find out what server the guild is on?

I feel like I should be set as I ordered on the 21st and put my code in that day. But it did not work and I sat on hold for 2 hours to be told yeah we know some codes are not working. So my code was not attached to my account until the 22nd.
So I figure I will get the 13th but won't be surprised when it is the 18th
K well I'll be in the gaf empire guild. Speaking of which, has any of the server info for guilds gone out yet?

The game launcher keeps showing parts to be downloaded (for the preload)... 1.5gb, then 11gb, then 4gb which is where I am right now... how much left after this?

I'm guessing(hoping)that everyone that pre-ordered will get in by the 15th,the original date,that's why they changed it to the 13th...My pre-order date on Origin says November 4th so I hope my theory is true
My totally speculative guess is that july-august preorders get in tuesday, september-october staggered throughout wed/thurs, and everyone else on friday.

Thanks. I have to say, I find it rather odd that they are distributing the game standalone and not through Origin. It seems kind of redundant.

I bought a copy in store at Future Shop. They didn't give me an early access code there. I asked on their forums and one of their buyers PM'd me a code. In store copies (I assume Amazon as well) are supposed to be giving out Early Access Codes but a lot of them aren't on top of their game.
It's for all those who entered the preorder code I think.
I can't even remember if I got a code. I think I did. Do you enter it on The Old Republic site? How do I download it though? Anytime I try and do something like that it blocks it because I'm in Australia.

Buy on Amazon. Get code. Pre-load.

Yeah a boxed copy but I can download it early so...I don't know why I need the boxed copy. Fucking arsehole EA region locking it on Origin. I might downgrade to the cheapo shipping. What's the point if I have access now? Unless I need the cdkey for launch day, does anyone know that?
And credit card should be fine. I can't imagine an issue with that. At worst buy time cards.
