IIRC your character did not have full voice parts in EQ2, and only main quest NPCs had voiced parts.

Even at launch it wasn't after you got out of your starting city. Some were, but not all of them. The main story stuff was, I will give them that, but the obvious filler quests were not. So no, it wasn't fully voiced.

They have all had problems at launch. Rift had the smoothest really outside of incredibly long queue wait times of over an hour+

That was for the most populated servers. And there are problems, and then there are problems. A little lag and a couple hotfix patches is not a bad launch. A bad launch is when the game is down for days, has game-breaking bugs, 18+ hour queues, etc..

So what is the advantage of pre-ordering? The email just says early access but in other mmo preorders that is like 48 hours of early access. Is it like early access now? Also what is the advantage of being in a guild and preordering?

At least four people from a guild have to have pre-ordered it for the guild to go into the game.
