yup 7.5 billion$7.5 Billion well spend Microsoft
Yeah, I don't see that happening. That depends if Edge / EG gives it 6/10 or 7/10. If both give the game 10/10, it could still end up us 87 or 88.
I mean, more than what we've discovered IRL, thus far...immagine that much planets and 1% has life on it... geez
No this is a MS problem and if you think it is you must be the reincarnation of Ray fuckn Charles because even making a studio from the ground up with a legacy IP and they cant even get that right and have to bring in Crystal Dynamics to clean up the mess, this is a MS problem through in and through-outThis is an industry problem more than a MSFT problem. What "unique content" has any major publisher rolled out this gen?
That cant be real. lol.
Lmao
"I never fancied her anyway"Lol, fucking called it
I'm sure i will still have a good time with the game from what i've seen on the game.
Gives an idea of what space exploration is like. Much more limited than I thought…
yup 7.5 billion
and they couldn't keep ori developers in house

that scored a solid 90+ for them
a short summary of how well Xbox game studios are being managed
I wouldn't be this much disappointed if this was a regular multiplat bethesda release like fallout 4 / eso / fallout 76.
but now? now it is a disappointment.

Because it is.like a cross-gen game.
it may look better on person, twich/youtube bitrate kill image quality 100% of time.Is this how the game is supposed to look? The environments look a lot uglier than I was expecting, like a cross-gen game.
IGN Netherlands 8.5.
Does every country has their own IGN? Do we take the average score?
Business wise it's certainly not looking good. If they really spent 400 million then no way MS will be happy with that at all. Big outlets not liking will dampen pre orders, there will certainly be big restructuring within the bethesda game studios. Many there will be fired and MS will be taking a much more hands on approach to all their acquired game studios.
What do you expect, they can't play Starfield even if they wanted toPeople working overtime here trying to convince themselves and others that this game is a major disappointment.

i may have missing this info, but wasnt take off and landing real time ?
I wonder where all the money went. I'm not seeing anything revolutionary about it. And it looks like some of the things it tries to do (like space travel) were already done better by NMS years ago.Business wise it's certainly not looking good. Absolutely... the problem is the narrative MS & co was pushing: Starfield = the most important game for MS in a long long time. With that as a the base of the discussion the view on the game changes. FF XVI is a great game with a pretty good meta (87 like Starfield) but it wasn't caring a premis of that magnitude on his shoulders so the perception and the way one goes in the game is different. You know these people are just trying to poke because they even hate its getting an 88 or so
Most were terrified it would be 95ish and in my world 88 is still a damn good game

That said, 90-95.
Edit. Wow, Represent. is one pathetic individual. He went back in the thread and gave this post a 'lol' reaction after 10+ hours.
Game is currently 88 on Metacritic for PC.

Yeah, I'm sure it's a good game, but that $400M was supposed to be an investment in a killer app, and this ain't it.Absolutely... the problem is the narrative MS & co was pushing: Starfield = the most important game for MS in a long long time.
