Steam Autumn Sale 2015 thread of waiting for the Winter Sale

21 games on my Wishlist and only 1 on sale (40% off). Well, nothing to do here...
I'm doing better, 15 out of 70 items on sale.

Now to decide which of those I actually want to buy at the price offered. At least I can get a full overview on the first day this time around.

This is my first proper steam same and I feel as though I've missed out :-(

Judging by the posts above anyway!
In general, people are negative about every sale for a few years now. At least now, you probably only get complaints once and not daily :P

Your first few Steam sales are generally the best, as there are literally hundreds of great older games you can pick up for very cheap.

Devolver, you're alright.

I've added today's highlighted items to the OP. The way they're split up on the front page makes it a bit of a pain in the arse to put them together in one image.

I'm seeing a lot of games on sale for 75%-85%!

Seems there won't be dailies from this sale, not starting on the Holidays sale.

Basically every single game is having its biggest discount.

Not true, some games will receive a bigger discount during the christmas sale.

I'm guessing the odds of FFXIV going on sale are pretty slim. a few refreshes and still nothing. Wishlist and store page are still showing the default price.

I kind of want Ori and the Blind Forest, but I know that definitive edition is coming soon so I think I'll wait for that and the winter sale.

I hope I'm not being a crazy person.

The main page is terrible. It's basically a lazy load masonry that randomly grabs games. You think you're browsing but you'll see the same ones next to each other and repeating in the grid, it doesn't make any sense.

Sounds about right.

I've got 150 titles Wishlisted and about 10 of them are discounted.

Wow. That's some sale.

It seems like the deals are still getting updated. Just looked at the Angry Video Nerd game and until a few minuted ago it wasn't on sale. Edit: according to my wishlist, it seems a lot people are getting this.

SO Elite Dangerous for ~13$ (in my country) any good ? I mean is it more or less accessible than star citizen ? ( I already got it and can't even get the ship out of the hangar right now :) )
I really want to get into space sims and is it Ok at this price for me ?

Some good deals

Kotor 1 & 2 €2.99 each
Grim Fandango Remastered €3.74
Elite Dangerous €12.37
Euro Truck Simulator 2 €3.99
Endless Legend €10.19

I can't buy Evil Within because it hasn't been priced in my currency yet and that one bethesda published game that has been priced costs 80 USD atm. Lol, fuck bethesda.

The sale seems like it's bringing out some solid discounts on some good titles that I've had sitting in my wishlist for a while.

I'm actually okay with the "no sales gimmick" type sales like this - nothing but good deals. I'm loving hearing everyone's recommendations, keep um coming.

I assume one shouldn't buy Elite Dangerous now because the expansion pack will include the base game once it is released but it will cost almost full price to existing owners, right?
