If you like Jurassic Park you'll like the game.
The biggest naysay people have is you really only click on stuff and mash buttons like in heavy rain during action scenes. Personally I had no issue with that sort of gameplay and enjoyed it immensely.
Hmmmm. Might have to get this now!

It is really too bad that GamersGate has so many games that aren't being sold as Steam activating versions even though they are available on Steam. I could really go for the current Buy 4 Pay for 3 deal with the extra 20% off compensation rebate on Dominions 3: The Awakening, Unity of Command Pack, Unity of Command Red Turn The Road to Berlin 1943-45 DLC, and Final Fantasy VII, but only the latter is sold as Steam activating...

Is the RED ALERT 3 coop campagin worth it?
Was a big Generals coop skirmish player but the netcode sucked immensly. OUT OF SYNC all the time. As RA3 is also EA LA, I am a bit afraid they still have that same POS netcode in there.

It worked flawlessly for me in RA3. But then again we were on the same network. Anyway it's an awesome campaign, must play.

I'm a bit sad that C&C Ultimate Collection is only $7.50 on Amazon, including all 17 games, while Steam users have to pay the same price for two games. Might buy it even if it's Origin though.

Lets see if someone can help me here.
I already have in my shopping cart:
-Papers, Please: 4.49 euros
-Skyrim: 7,49 euros
-Prison Architect (the pack that comes with DEFCON, Darwinia..): 13.49 euros
-Game Dev Tycoon: 4.49 euros

Thats 30 euros and maybe is a little too much for one day, if something interesting gets in offer in the next days.

So what to take out, what not, maybe get all?
The ones that im sure to keep are Papers and Skyrim, so im still a little undecided for the other two. I want them both along the line but I dont know if those are good offers for them at this moment.
Prison Architect, I love Theme Hospital, but I still think its normal price is really abusive for an alpha with shitty art. The idea is great, and I have seen some videos and its up my alley. So how playable and fun is now? I had great time with the first days of Minecraft and thought that was already pretty great for an alpha, but I dont know if Prison architect is. I also got in the cart the one with the other pack of games becuase the ideas seem really interesting to study as a game designer.
Game Dev Tycoon, as someone who loved Game Dev Story but wanted more, how is GDT compared to it. Ive heard people its too similar, while others say there are differences that make the game bigger and better, thats what im looking for.

So yeah, people that have played them, talk me out or in of this two games.

I just want to quickly vouch for LIMBO.

I beat it a week or so ago and it's one of the better puzzle platformers (thomas was alone is slightly better) it only takes a few hours to complete but for 2.50 you can't really go wrong.

I'd go without both of them. Prison Architect could be something really great, but it's not there yet and it's pretty frustrating in parts because of that. It'll be cheaper in future sales when it is a more complete game.

I bought Game Dev Tycoon purely because I wanted a bigger Game Dev Story with more depth and I was really disappointed. The depth is there, but it is completely devoid of that Kairosoft charm which made the game a real chore for me.

Any Heroes of Might and Magic fans in here? If so, is Shades of Darkness still a buggy piece of shit? I remember hearing horrible things about it when it came out, so I held off. Wondering if I should pick it up now.

Thanks for posting this, I was waiting for someone to post impressions on Game Dev Tycoon. Saves me some money.

Tell me about it, I'm like you adding anything I'm even moderately interested, to keep tabs of things. And on top of that I read SteamGaf daily. Now my wish list is in the 170 and my online friends must take me for a maniac.
Hey guys, by the way, my birthday, on the 29 of November, is near. Isn't it cool ? Love you xoxo

Yes. It's a great game and well worth the money.

Play it in a single session with the lights off and with headphones!

Requested feature #12041994: Manual inventory sorting.
This, so much this, or may be not manual, but many options to choose from.
Also I need store to show which dlcs I have. It's so much work to go and check it now.
And while we are at it, it would be nice sort out multiplay games having no singleplay to talk about still showing as singleplay and multiplay games. That annoys me to no end.

I personally would, if this was me..take out either Skyrim (I know you mentioned keeping it) or Game Dev.

The back end of my inventory looks like this:

- CSI: Hard Evidence #1
- Saw
- Ghostbusters + DLC x3
- Test Drive: Ferrari Racing Legends x3
- CSI: Hard Evidence #2
- CSI: Hard Evidence #3

Sorting via drag and drop a la the wishlist page would be great.

I'm still weighing my options on getting Rogue Legacy or not. Time's running short but the decision...
