Use command towers for the extra money they provide, and don't build or upgrade towers unless you need to, since you get interest on the money you don't spend.

It is. You get a gift, which includes coupons. Try the trading thread, you might find a game you want there for coal.

If you really get stuck just copy this level strat on youtube. I only watched the first few towers going down to give me an idea.

Watching now, I used less meteors, had more concussions, cannon and generally had more towers down. I think these loads of wave modes are what the game doesn't work as you eventually get into towers defending themselves.

No, it means you can't craft 7 coal and get a coal in return. You'll still be getting coals from completing achievements.

No. If you craft 7 coal you will receive a game or a coupon. Probably a coupon.

You will still receive coal from your other achievements.

Up to 600 people in Tropico, and increasing rapidly now. 65% happiness, and nothing is in 'the red'. However, I usually run into huge debt and can only build things a few times per year. But I think the city might just reach 1,000 residence if I just sit back. They'll all hate me, and be living in shacks, but whatever.
