That's a free game I can get behind. Was very interested during EA, then it came out and didn't get particularly great reviews and basically got abandoned by the dev* but I'm still curious.
*Wrong, a patch was released in September.

still have to do the other actions, but nothing binding. dind't even type in for the newsletter, i open it, closed it, did the other 3, and then did the newsletter one again and it auto worked

But it has car.... no it hasn't. Achievements yes. Though going by percentages they seem difficult to get. 'Kill 10 cows.' = 0.3% How hard can that be?

Not really.
Took me less than 3 minutes.
Didn't even have to do anything against my normal behavior -- follow some twitter accounts, visit a few facebook pages, and join a group on steam.
This attitude right here is the correct attitude.
Apparently you don't even have to do that. I just clicked the links twice and got the +1 to the action-thing. Only ended up joining the Steam group because that one wouldn't take no for an answer.
