I don't think the DLC modes are that active anymore. Unless you have multiple friends to play it with.

RE6 single player is fine but playing it with another friend is much better and more fun (like with RE5 too)

Holy crap the Talos Principle is absolutely amazing, you guys definitely need to pick it up if you missed it on daily and it goes on encore. This is easily the best first person puzzle game I've played since Portal 2.

Talk about a steal at $13.59

This can't be said enough.

Talos is one of the greatest hidden gems of this gen.

I absolutely love the game but I did have an excess amount of cash when I bought it during the winter sale.

Now if I was looking to buy it this summer where my funds are limited right now and I had to choose between it or spending $5 more for Wolfenstein:TNO or Homeworld Remastered than I would probably pick the latter two.

Correct. An hour in and we're nearly 5million. You just need to go to the correct channel and know the room number/etc ahead of time and be in a coordinated team.

I get the feeling people only think Leon has the best campaign because on a surface level it's closer in style to earlier RE games, but I think the other campaigns are better because they're better suited to what RE6 actually is.

I KNOW, I don't understand why people like Leon's campaign and think the others are terrible. Leon is my favorite RE character, while I enjoy the action-RE's, horror is my life passion. However, Leon's campaign was the worst of the four to me. Forced walking sessions, weird pacing, lack of enemy variety, more full of QTEs than the other campaigns, more scripted moments than the other campaigns, less interesting environments, the worst boss fights...

I appreciate some of the moments in Leon's campaign, but it is not 'a return to horror' or the direction I want to see RE go in, and it was plagued with more problems than any other campaign, in my opinion.

THIS SAID, I think RE6 is worth playing, and I think the chronological order I put the games in is a good way to experience it.

Playing through Risen 3 now. Seems like a really solid game with a new sarcastic asshole protagonist, the usual jank and a beautiful world.

And this is why I posted what I did. It's honestly bethesda's fault, and not PC gaming in general. That shit is buggy simply because modern hardware is too advanced for the game engine.
