Gonna mix things up a little this time, I will be giving away two of the games depicted in the banner, one per category.

Rules/Gist of things *please read it is important

- There will be several ways to enter, you can either draw a picture (one catagory), do a dramatic reading or write a fanfiction (the ladder two being grouped together).

- The theme for the artwork will be pin-ups of your favorite video game characters. Hint: Mine is Mistral from Metal Gear. That or you can be creative and draw propaganda for the various teams of the Steam Sale.

- Yes, I am trying to get you to draw porn for me!

- But seriously if you do go for pin-ups, try to keep it appropriate for this site.

- As for the second category the only requirement is that the fan fictions need to be at least 500 words long, aside from that be creative as you want.

- Like last time please PM me when you post you submission, so I don't miss any. Apologizes for any that I missed last time.

- The deadline is until when ever the timer at the bottom of this post runs out.

- My sister will judge the artwork, while some other guy I know on Steam will judge the fanfics/dramatic readings.

- Sister might live stream the selection for the drawings here, though she's not sure yet.

- Will post who won sometime after the deadline and will gift you your prize through Steam.

EDIT: Also Vulcano's Assistant is banned from this giveaway cause he won last time, though you can still draw a sexy pin-up for me if you want, hint, hint. ;P

I think that Valve will step in today though if Red pulls ahead again. No way the "everyone gets a turn" winner results from the first 5 days weren't rigged, and people will whine something fierce if there is a three-peat.

I don't think they care too much who wins or doesn't, they changed the rules mostly to save face as they'd look pretty stupid if Reddit managed to manipulate results until the end of the sale. OTOH, they're still going to look pretty stupid if Red wins every single day now. I doubt there's anything they can do that wouldn't be blatantly rigging the game, though. Guess they'll suck it up and cry all the way to the bank.

That's all out the window since Valve changed the rules. It's a free for all again, and by that I mean red is just winning everyday.

They don't like ppl rigged the meta to make sure every team win twice, now they changed it so that only 1 team will for the rest of the sale.

Seriously...good fucking job.

it still makes no sense to me why they felt the need to intervene, the only real explanation is pure greed on Valve's part because they thought it was somehow artificially deflating the # of points people were earning daily

The Ship is actually pretty fun with a group of friends.

It is kind of where Assassins Creed got their multiplayer.

A bunch of players a placed on a horribly designed ship, everyone is given a target to kill. So you are looking to kill your target while someone is simultaneously trying to kill you... and you don't know who it is.

+1. It's a great game and much more fun than the Assassin's Creed MP. also you have to satisfy some personal needs like a Sim game while you're trying to kill your target and avoiding being killed: go to the bathroom, eat some food, get some sleep, go to the shower...

There are a lot of different weapons and for each one you get a certain number of points. Each weapon is in a different place on the ship so if you want to get the highest number of points you have to be very fast and efficient: find the best weapon, find your target and then try yo kill him without being detected by cameras or security guards.

Same thing happened to me when I tried to use the market through the browser (yes, I had been using it forever, including the previous day) but the client is still fine.

phew, thanks. I tried to sell the card through the client and told me the same thing as earlier ("cookies not enabled"). I refreshed and it seems everything's fine with the client. I was able to put the card on sale. Thanks for that piece of information, man!

We're still doing this? For the sake of correctness, it wasn't 'rigged'. It was a snowball effect that was initiated on reddit.

Thanks, you two, that helped greatly. I will look to aquire a copy of the game. It sounds fun and entertaining enough, even as a not finished build.

I kind of want it, but it looks like one of those games where if you're not placed over the correct pixel at all times you'll die. And I never complete the first level on those. How bad is Ikaruga in that regard?

I don't think it's a very hard game, you can change your color to absorb the enemy's shoots .

I try to take early access games on a per game basis, and I don't think Prison Architect is in any danger of dropped dev support. I kind of put it in the Kerbal Space Program category of early access titles that see almost too much support. It's hard for me to come back to a game like that for new features.

Prison Architect has done really well for them on early access & there's no danger of it getting dropped... It's also come a long way from what I've heard.

Very fun game. You can pull off some really crazy stuff with the right planning. Some of the best moments though are where you think you have it in the bag and the AI does something unexpected and gets the upper hand.

Watched a couple of videos a couple of days ago and it really looks like the AI can do some tricky stuff from time to time. I'm just about to check it out, hehe.
