I can tell because you're calling it a beat 'em up instead of a fighting game.
Beat 'em up is usually used for stuff like Double Dragon, Final Fight, Castle Crashers type games.

Whoa, I almost woke up too late for the KOF flash deal. A few more minutes and my body would of said "fuck it" and sleep until the flash sale was over.

The memory remix sections are a brilliant idea, and while the platforming and combat might not be up to whatever standard you're comparing them to, they're still solid enough to carry the experience.
The big influx usually happens right around day switch time and lasts 4-5 hours.

I think that night was the peak of Aqua's streams. They're still great, but it's way different now that he gets so many viewers. Back then it was more personal.

Depends how much you're doing. But doesen't sound big to me. One recent AAA game and you're almost used everything.
There are games that are 20+ GB - Wolfenstein, Max Payne 3, MGS Revengeance, etc. It's becoming more of the norm for high-profile stuff. Wolfenstein alone is like 50GB.
Pretty much, it is pretty linear and scripted, but I really enjoyed it. Combat/combo system is really, really fun and it makes the game play more interesting. Soundtrack is great! And you can rotate the camera, though sometimes there are limitations depending on the scene.
All depends how much of each you do. I'd say no though. I struggle with 200GB a month. =/
