Here some answers: *to questions I had asked in my previous email*
1. I have also read that the activations reset automatically after 45
days. Is this true?
- No, this is not true
2. How will installations/activations be handled in the future if Koch
Media and/or Tages is no longer in business? Is there a plan to retire
the activation feature or will the game be unusable in that event?
- If this highly unlikely event takes place the copy protection will probably
be removed but neither Koch Media nor Tagès will go down in the foreseeable
future.
3. In the future, if activation issues arise again (Though, I will
certainly try to avoid this again!), is Koch Media the appropriate
point of contact or Tages? In my experience, Tages was unprofessional
in their response and unwilling to help, not a Customer Service
oriented business to say the least.
- The Tagès people are just doing their job, we don't normally receive any
complaints about their support. If you should experience any problems with
them please in the future please let us know.
