Picked this up earlier tonight and god DAMN if this isn't some of the most fun I've had gaming this year!

Must have played for 4 hours, and the only thing stopping me is the fact that it's 4am and I'm about to pass out. Well done Insomniac!

Man I like this game but it has some glaring shortcomings, the biggest being the mission structure all being Fetch quests. They all literally feel the same. Also I know it's in the name but just having one TOD makes it a bit visually boring after a while, partly cause all the areas have the same style. So far the only times I've seen a time of day that's different from Sunset is the opening and the defending the Overcharge missions.

I tried the male models over and over but didn't like any of them for some reason. Switch to females and liked it more. Never went back lol.

The animations and particle effects are so stylish. It's funny when you're grinding on the water and you run out slowing down and flapping your arms slowly. The tornado melee effect looks so cool. I kept meleeing just to see it.

I likely could've beaten this game this morning, as I played it for several hours. However, I spent a lot of time doing side missions and finding collectibles, including doing the comics quest.

I just met the final faction, so I'm sure I'm very close. Man this game is fun, though. I may buy all the maps and go back and find all the collectibles in it. Season Pass will be a must. The only downside is that it's hard crashed on me once.

I hope the DLC has a lot of content. I'm dragging this game out for as long as possible. Sunset absolutely deserved 60 dollars. Insomniac basically made the game I was waiting for.

Also, the focus group jokes was one of the best things in the game.

No one knows for sure besides MS/Insomniac. Phil Spencer in a recent Major Nelson podcast did say sales are good, though. I just hope they are good enough for a sequel. I want new one every other year!

Also, I noticed that sometimes your character will move their mouth when someone else is talking to them.

Same here I was at like 14 hours and I was so bummed when I realized it was the end of the game. It will drop you back into the map so you can finish the side quests and challenges.

Just go up and down a double powerline. And alternate lines. But chances are you'll get it without trying anyway.

I've been playing for damn near 10 hours so far and I still haven't fully mastered wall running and this guy pulls this shit off after just two hours with the game?

One of the problems with having a dynamic music system in place I guess?

I honestly haven't really noticed any really quiet moments.
