Eurosport commentators are saying that it's her coach Nigel Sears.

I have never seen this happening before.

Up: It's definitely her coach.

Andy Murray's father in law, for those who are unaware; would be very difficult for Kim watching and getting the news from afar, I'm sure.

Nigel Sears on a stretcher taken out of RLA with shirt off. Hooked up to breathing tank. Conscious, breathing #AusOpen

Might be unfortunate word-mixup and he meant to say something else but he did say 'died'. He also shared his condolences to the family, which would be weird to say in this situation.

According to officials a defibrillator was used and there was a pool of blood in the aisle and Nigel said 30 minutes prior to his fall that he was not feeling well

Sousa takes the second set, tbf he played well this set although Murray was below par especially with his serving.

John Dunbar

correct about everything
sousa probably going to vanish pretty soon. maybe it's for the better since murray-wawrinka semi would maximize the potential competition for djokovic in the final. not that it will matter, the mugginess from last year is spilling over.

That was just a real rough few hours for Ivanovic. Coach gets hospitalized then she gives away the match after leading 3-0 in the final set. She was up 4-2 in the 2nd set too. She may wake up with cold sweats tonight multiple times

I don't use the c word much actually, but that double fault and Ivanovic's off forehand in the last game were obvious.

Sure but Keys did play some amazing points and so did Ana at the end. No one ever points that shit out..only when they double fault or make ues.

Yeah, mostly when they were behind. The double fault was like 100km/h and clearly from racket head deceleration. Ivanovic's off forehand was basically a putaway so it's not like it was an error from a neutral position.
