It's been a almost 2 yrs since I've dropped out of school (AiA, major: web/graphic design..meh), I wasn't sure of what I actually wanted to pursue. But after a couple of years...I figured it'd be best to follow through on my true aspiration of becoming a filmmaker. I've researched a little bit but ultimately I'm not sure of what I should be looking for in a school the offers or specializes in film production. Here's a few that I came across:

Florida State University
Unversity of Southern California
The Los Angeles Film School
American Film Institute
and USC film school

I currently reside in Georgia and I would love to move to the west coast. So, any suggestions? Stories to share about your experiences while attending any of these schools?

Yeah, I meant to include UCLA. And my searching skills suck... I couldn't find that thread, thanks.
