Lol yeah, my biggest complaint about the game is that it sucks up all my time, i'm starting to feel guilty because i spend every free minute playing it because it's so fucking awesome, and neglecting my social/gf time.Amir0x said:This thread is almost to 20,000 too now, jesus. I think it's going to beat Dark Souls to that number? And I already thought that was fast.
Game is good but there's just a ridiculous amount of things to do, and it muddies the water of quality sometimes some of the stuff is really lame and fetch-questy. But that's the associated risks of a game this big, I suppose. I got the "Explorer" notch in my belt already, for visiting 100 places, and I've only been to two of the nine holds that the Jarls hold. That's insanity. I've been playing for like 52 hours now.

Than again, watching a movie, playing soccer or slaying a fucking dragon, how hard should that choice be?

Speaking of, I really need to sit down and level my Alchemy a bit. In my house I have like a billion ingredients stored in the laboratory. I think any spare perks I have left after I get everything I want in Conjuration/Restoration/Alteration are going into Alchemy.
My main focus areas are one-handed weapons and destruction magic and I've invested a bit in heavy armor and restoration magic.Melhisedek said:How many trees do you guys concentrate on (perks I mean)
I plan on having a battle-mage. Melee fighter with a touch of destro and resto spells. But I think I might stretch myself thin with perks and upgrading health, stamina and mana. What do you folks think?
Let's just go all out and win her back with christmas, i just hope for the love of god Diablo 3 doesn't come out in January .Amir0x said:Dude I understand completely. She squinted her eyes and scrutinized me and after I marathoned skyrim for 34 hours, she didn't talk to me for like half a day

the thalmor and imperials are a half step from going to war with each other.Izayoi said:Well, after doing Missing in Action, looks like I'm going to sign up for the Stormcloaks. They may be bad people, but they're nowhere near as bad as the Thalmor and, by extension, the Imperials.

Ahh Okay. That make sense since everybody is talking to me like im normal and not sick. Thanks
That's why I joined the Empire: to give those High Elf bastards a close encounter of the Wulf kind.Pandaman said:the thalmor and imperials are a half step from going to war with each other.

It's because of life-destroying MMORPGs. All games get that bad reputation and people get worried that it won't be a temporary thing.Amir0x said:I understand what she's saying but I'm too addicted to Skyrim right now...
Shopkeepers sell nirnroot, they respawn AND the reward for that quest is very lackluster. In general quest rewards pretty much suck, so the main motivation for doing them later on is just to give you an excuse to explore, which is mostly acceptable.Blue Ninja said:Well shit.

Wait, you can upgrade Dragon shouts?

Played for over 80 hours already, this really is the game of the forever.
