If I could subscribe to the F1 channel in HD for £10/month... maybe even £15, I'd do it. For ONE channel.

So stupid I can't just do that.

...on which note...

I assume subs persist through the off-season? That's going to be an awful lot of revenue for only some token programming.

Edmond Dantès

Dantès the White
New background on the Mercedes twitter page, looks duck-nosed indeed.

Not surprising, the only other car without a step-nose will probably be the Marussia, because of their technical partnership with McLaren this season and having stated that they can't get that nose concept to work on their car.

Oh? First I've heard of this.

If Matschewiz and Helmut Marko were standing in the middle of the street along with Bernie I would have no qualms about running both of over with my car. Well I'd like to talk to Dieter Mat first to see what type of guy he is but I have no doubt of the type of character Helmut and Bernie are.

Sky have a minimum 12 month contract afiak. So you have to keep paying in first year during the off season.
Although, you could bring it down the minimum package for a few months to make it cheaper.

Interesting, thanks for the link!

Also has this been posted?

It doesn't surprise me that the scumbag is still backing the race.

The sport should have nothing to do with politics.. plus, don't act like you know what the hell is going on over there

Last I've heard is that protesters are targeting policemen because some islamic nutthead asked them to "crush" the police for arresting a woman

All I can say is that we don't know the full story with Iran involvement and interest in that country, so let's leave it to the experts and focus on the sport

It will persist if you keep the sports package. You could knock it down to the £20/month package, or cancel it completely until it starts up again.

Sky's system is so PAINFULLY antiquated, but it's how they make so much money, I guess.

I still don't see why they don't introduce an option to sub to one channel, though.

E20 set for 'significant' changes

"The car we take to Melbourne will be significantly different to the one we ran in Jerez," he told the official Lotus website.

"There's a lot of work still to do before the season opener, and so many elements will change; the front wing, rear wing, side pods, pod vanes, engine cover, barge board, floor, some suspension elements, and some small brake duct features to name but a few! As always, it's going to be a very busy few weeks."

Probably. Otherwise how will they divide 5 sets between 2 cars?

Although the total of 11 seems more in line with team total, not car total. They would burn 1-2 in qualifying, then 3-4 in the race for each car if I remember right.

Is this a forced way for teams to have different strategies for each driver and/or give preference to one over the other?

Looks like they all hate each other already and had individual portraits done. Then they were photoshopped onto a stock image background.
