They've darkened that area for a reason; that is, if it is an actual shot of the new car.non-duck nose confirmed?

I love the way he nonchalantly pulls his goggles down at the beginning.Hahaha it looks like one of those fake car driving scenes from old movies at the start, Also, love how he's just wearing a t shirt and what look like gardening gloves.
non-duck nose confirmed?
If I could subscribe to the F1 channel in HD for £10/month... maybe even £15, I'd do it. For ONE channel.
So stupid I can't just do that.
The Ferrari seems to have the driver slightly further back...
Not surprising, the only other car without a step-nose will probably be the Marussia, because of their technical partnership with McLaren this season and having stated that they can't get that nose concept to work on their car.New background on the Mercedes twitter page, looks duck-nosed indeed.

They might improve slightly because of their new found partnership with McLaren, but they're still going to be battling with HRT this season. Caterham may well join the lower midfield in 2012.Fixed?![]()

I assume subs persist through the off-season? That's going to be an awful lot of revenue for only some token programming.
Interesting, thanks for the link!Edmond Dantès;35157329 said:
I somehow only just realized that there is no number 13 car in Formula 1.
Also if the defending champion retires no one gets to use number 1, the WCC team use numbers 0 and 2.
A long running siily superstition/tradition in F1. The last person to have that number was Divina Galica in 1976.I somehow only just realized that there is no number 13 car in Formula 1.
Interesting, thanks for the link!
Also has this been posted?

It doesn't surprise me that the scumbag is still backing the race.

"The car we take to Melbourne will be significantly different to the one we ran in Jerez," he told the official Lotus website.
"There's a lot of work still to do before the season opener, and so many elements will change; the front wing, rear wing, side pods, pod vanes, engine cover, barge board, floor, some suspension elements, and some small brake duct features to name but a few! As always, it's going to be a very busy few weeks."
Each team will receive six sets of the harder compound and five sets of the softer compound for each race weekend.
Otherwise how will they divide 5 sets between 2 cars?
Webber gets 2 sets, Vettel 3.
Webber has more tyre degradation thou
How are tires going to be dealt with in qualifying this year? Any change from last season?
No change to quali. Only change related to tyres is that they are not limited by the number they can use in FP.
