...It's Rocky Horror Picture Show, isn't it?
From the 70's and I think can hardly be called a bomb when it's ran in theaters for almost 40 years.

Aaaand it's Monster Squad.
Aaaand it's Monster Squad.
I think this was probably one of my favorite reviews of the year. Got a good laugh out of some of the skit jokes, especially theThat was one of his better reviews, and even the skit segments were funny.
bwhahahahahahaAaaand it's Monster Squad.
Some Holocaust survivors had numbers tattooed on their arm when they were prisoners in Nazi concentration camps. Can someone explain to me, what does the numbers on the old man's arm mean? I didn't got the reference.
Damn. If that's true... Always thought NC's shots at movies are excruciatingly bad (never watched kickassia, never will). And it could fit all of the personas (although I don't even know half of these guys)...
Then again, this could've been made up if he knows all the names/read blogs/watched making-ofs...
Am I missing some horrifying allegation in those posts? It's not exactly news that Kickassia is worse than your average B-movie and that it was made haphazardly and unprofessionally. The rest is just making fun of awkward people being awkward.
That rivalry between doug and rob for example. Seeing them act together in that weird soap they did was always weird...
And also doug acting like a bully...
Kinda shocked me
Kickassia was their best Anniversary special. Their best one. I don't even care.
I dunno. When he does videos as himself he seems really awesome. It was his pre-cancellation Critic persona that was a huge Diva. Actually his Diva-ness was the main focus of their last Anniversary video. The reboot of the Critic seems to have cut down on the Diva-ness, but it's pretty much all a character.Whether it's true or not, I think I'd be bummed if Brad turned out to be a dick. He seems really genuine in his videos.
I can totally see Doug being a diva though.

And Brad is great. I wish I was part of his circle of friends. Maybe he'd let me try some 20 year old Crystal Pepsi.
Oh a new title huh
also guys that's 4chan, they hate NC. Hell, they even made up stuff against AVGN after not liking his movie.
To be fair the image does have quite a few positive things to say...
Why should most of it be BS? Spoony was an asshole at the time. Linkara does seem like he'd have weird social issues. The conversation written there, I could totally see happening, in his voice and everything.
I'm surprised it says Phelous was a cool guy, because to me he comes across similar to Linkara.
I mean if you want to lie and make it sound like Doug and Rob are bullies, I guess it'd be best if you sprinkled a little truth in there too, but really. Overall doesn't sound too far off base.

Phelous loves to make fun of To Boldly Flee.i always got the vibe that pheleous was down to earth. pheleous makes fun of his own videos constantly. linkara inspired this very accurate parody

But even around its release (Edit: Ah, checked wiki, it was largely ignored at its initial release in 1975, but became a cult hit a year later), I don't think it was considered much of a bomb. Now its 1981 spiritual sequel "Shock Treatment," on the other hand, would've fit the criteria, since it bombed when the producers tried too hard to go after the Rocky Horror market (Only shown at Halloween Midnight Screenings when it was released). Brad Jones reviewed it recently for Musical March (in September), and it's a great movie that holds up surprisingly well in this age of reality TV. Check out the catchy title song:It's a cult classic, which are allowed to be bombs as long as they get an audience later.
Either way I was wrong
