What issue were you having? If it was turning gray when you tried to use red, it's because the color mode was set to Indexed instead of RGB. Basically what that means is that it has a limited color palette, and if you try to use a color that's not on that color palette, it just finds the nearest neighbor.

I thought that might have been it, but I couldn't figure how to go back to RGB.

Does anyone know how to make good blood effects? I don't want it to look like I wanna kill the guy, but I want dark red blood on Obama's left cheek (his left).

I tried, but I couldn't come up with anything that I was really satisfied with. I know the game is explicitly black and white but I don't think that taking a normal photo and turning it explicitly black and white works all that well.

I don't think there's any score systems that rank games out of /8, Vinci.

Unless of course you mean the game will get 8/5 or something. That would be a bit too optimistic, IMO.

watched the cinematic opening trailer on youtube.

was freakin fantastic, I really liked the tunes. when the mayor started talking, it had matsuno style conspiracy written all over!
