Could be a bad day for Cavendish. Was the first to drop from the peloton, hope he and his companions get safe in the 'bus'.

:(((

Shame. No idea why he is performing so bad compared to Valverde who did the Giro.

He attacked yesterday. He might just know that he won't win the Tour so he is picking his stages to strike and is saving in the others.

Never would've thought it would be so difficult finding a tv that shows the tour in france. Is it only on cable here or have I been really unlucky with my hotels?

really pisses me the lack of respect that Eurosport are giving Aru.

They are making it sound like it is just the Froome-Quintana tour.

Aru is just as good as Quintana IMO.

Aru is just as good as Quintana is absolutely an opinion. One that is not shared by 99% of those whom have watched them both race.

Besides Carlton Kirby making fun of how ugly Aru is makes things fun. Aru is like the Anti-Coppi.

Question... obviously the top guys use their domestiques to help them up the hills, but what's to stop someone else sitting right behind say, Froome or Qintana, and using their trains? (Actually, a bit like Qintana seems to be doing to Froome right now)

Or does it not really work like that?

Nothing is stopping them from doing that. They just mentioned that Astana were pretty much doing that. Just letting Sky and MS do all the work.

All the other riders make use of Froome's train, of course. But only Froome can control his train and order them to accelerate or slow down. All the other riders have to adjust to Froome's tempo.

If it suits them, great. If they want to go faster, too bad because Froome's train will get them back.

Movistar is pulling too. Quintana is actually marking Froome to be able to follow any accelerations.

Froome looks like a child who has stolen an adult's bike as he pedals while in a tuck on the top tube
