UFC 200 Tate vs Nunes |OT| The Fall of Jonesius

DC "willing to die" against Jones, but not willing to just work against Silva. Only saving grace is if he promised Silvas kids he wouldn't murder him and decided to Sean Sherk him.

Go look at his reaction to finding out that Jones to popped. He wanted Jones so bad that he was willing to sign a waver to fight him even though he got popped. His heart just isn't into this fight which on some level is to be expected. It's a meaningless fight that shouldn't have even be scheduled. Anderson has nothing to fight for anymore and DC lost the fight that he wanted.

DC wanted UFC 200 to be his coming out party. Instead he'll be remembered for the most boring fight on the card. From the way DC has reacted to Bones getting popped you'd think this would mean more to him than just getting an easy W and payday.

I don't think he cares all that much. Easy payday and minimal to no damage.

I mean no doubt Cormier is a fucking fantastic fighter but holy shit he looked awful tonight. Had to resort to laying on a guy who Michael Bisping outboxed.

DC fought a smart fight. People don't like the style, but he fought his style of fight and won. He had zero incentive to stand and trade with Anderson.

Got hurt by a knee. And people wonder why he didn't stand with him all fight.
The problem isn't that he wouldn't stand and trade, the problem is that he wouldn't do work when he had him on the ground. dude is a brick compared to a piece of paper at this stage in their careers. He should be able to work some legit ground and pound, not lay and pray
