Romney's winning so far. Obama is actually correct, but to the layperson Romney sounds reasonable and as if he knows what he's talking about, and his contradictions are less obvious than some others he has made in the past.

Romney was also smart to back off on Libya. His Libya attacks have self-destructed every time to date, so it's smart to leave it be.

Basically, Romney is talking about foreign affairs, and Obama is talking about Romney talking about foreign affairs.

Pretty much. Obama trying to exchange barbs and coming across as angry isn't working for him. Romney seems restrained.
