Episode 4 The Hostage is Valvrave
Excellent developments. I wish L-elf was a bit more involved here instead of consistently thwarted by the atrocious and terrible Shoko.
I want L-elf to smile so much more and Haruto please join up with him somehow, anyway.
Sunrise brand cardboard boxes, the way the ed played to cut in their, and tons of explosions with smiling leads, epic episode.

Though with Shoko taking such a position and getting in the way of the protective pact and promise that L-Elf offered, I wonder if she's being set up to truly die at some point later. It seems like it has to happen. Though the plan was interesting, but I think L-elf's would have been the better route. They kind of have no protection if say Haruto were ganged up in the Valvrave, but it could go to beyond 666 and reach possibility again, since I figure Q-vier, X-eins, H-neun, and A-drei aren't as skilled as L-elf who could probably take on Valvrave easily.

I wonder what the colony they were in consists of. Just the school grounds? I'd imagine it's bigger though, but then the whole voting thing sure was unnecessary. I sure hope they have some farms or spacefarms or something. And water.
Also that purple haired politician guy being a piece of shit was too obvious a twist. I'll be awaiting his final redemption before death and try to act surprised.
I think its the school and some other public areas. Still doesn't make any sense that there are only two teachers there.
It also looked like
the 'module' Valvrave cut off was attached to other modules, which kind of makes the need to evacuate by ship weird.
And I could definitely see that Moses guy taking a bullet and spurring some character on. We need to start taking predictions ala AGE.

This show knows exactly what it is. Matsuo tackles the material with JUST enough seriousness to show that the staff aren't braindead, but he's also totally aware of how ridiculous and pandering the show is in every other aspect. Masterful stuff. And the show keeps the tradition of having stuff you'll never see coming, until it hits and you're like "oh". LOL.

Hated the stupidity from last episode that carried over. "OMG we can make out own country with no adults!" garbage. Shoko is mentally retareded. I prefer purple haired girl. Not sure how they are going to manage the introduction of new devil suits. Will everyone be a vampire or will some be werewolves? Purple haired girl clearly wants to be a vampire so she can live forever with the MC.

we had them discovering the rest of the Valvrave units/parts and teasing us about the alien/inhuman origin of the mecha.
Can't wait for the EVIL SPACE VAMPIRE conspiracy to be revealed.

Episode 5 – Singing Sakimori Academy
Fanservicy moments of the first half were kind of the low points of the anime thus far but I was able to easily forgive once the other stuff got going. I like the brief moments of moving the plot forward with Dorssia stuff and ARUS stuff there happening (wonder when either nation will make a move), as well as the ever evolving and deepening mystery of the Valvraves and that which L-elf is after. Ending there is compelling
Song was awesome and memorable, I replayed it at least three times "I know you are hero...in you are life". So many good scenes.
