Fox girl is the best.
They look better than a few recent anime (Valvrave, Majestic Prince, Aldnoah Zero aside from the grunt suits) but they're pretty clearly just cut down Gundam-esqe mecha. And the two recent Gundam anime both beat it in the design department.

i was expecting a reveal in S2 that they weren't blood related, not that it makes it too much better. but it does.
It certainly is an assumption I'm coming from and I feel it's an justifiable one,
given the feats she performs on the daily basis as the Law of the Cycle. And Godmura was seemingly able to play around with Incubators like they were nothing to her. At the end of the day, it's not like breaking of that barrier required a lot of power. Homura and Madoka in their "base" forms managed to achieve that.
She says "I've waited so long for this" so it feels like a keikaku long time in the making. 
I dunno. Even Madoka who was said to have the most potential out of all magical girls, needed a wish from QB to translate that potential into raw power. Homura getting this kind of might without a wish seems to me to break the previously established rules of the universe, however wacky and vague they were even before that.

Oreimo infuriated me enough already when it tried to tell me that the little sister acquired a gigantic collection of ecchi and hentai games/VNs just because she thinks little sisters are cute.
Like, that's why.
"So you're telling me you gather all this and watch little girls getting banged by their brothers constantly because...you think little sisters are cute? What kind of cute are we talking about here?"
And yeh, supposedly she realizes and admits later down the line that she may have found that stuff alluring or so. But too late, you cannot tell me she was that fucking stupid to never really question her motives before.
The idea that she acquired this large stash of porn games because of her fondness for cute sisters (or that she genuinely believed that) is outrageously stupid and one of the worst premises I've seen.
edit: I mean, after that kind of opening episode there couldn't even be any shocking ending.

The reveal that they are not blood related only happens in the 2nd psp game ( whose plot was written by the author of the books) and that game follow the same storyline you've got in anime expect some light differences ..it was also released months before the end of the books.
I always find it funny that they choose to not include this part since it would have made the whole , "less" annoying for many.

The visuals this episode were quite rough though, might have been one of the most consistently off model episodes so far. And that terrible CG dragon mecha, the stuff of nightmares! I guess this is what happens when a show doesn't sell discs and is only held together as an advertisement. I hope they're just saving their budget for the finals because it's going to be really disappointing if an amazing mecha like the Tryon 3 doesn't get to look beautiful while it destroys things.
Up until this point I had been wondering whether the tri team gimmick was a worthwhile addition to the formula. It seemed like it wasn't adding much and all of the battle highlights were one on one. But the Tryon 3 (and its transformation sequence) just entirely justified the existence of the gimmick.

Would AnimeGAF dare to accept said challenge, and try to solve the mystery to which show each song belongs?!
So, I started a game in another forum where you had to guess which anime this song belongs to. Basically, I took 50 songs from various anime (OP/ED/Background/Insert Song) and cut them to like 15-30 seconds parts per song and made a single file were these parts pla one after another.

If you didn't like the end to Oreimo its your own damn fault. What did you expect would happen? You didn't honestly think Kuroneko would win, did you? The show ended exactly as it should have, exactly as the title said it would. It wasn't called "My Little Sister's Friend Can't Be This Cute!" If you expected anyone other than Kirino to win then you only have yourself to blame.
Mine would be more like... a bet? You guys vs me, you have a few days to solve it and the winner(s) picks an avatar for the looser(s). :0

I don't know, various mecha match in this eps got decent drawing, the CG AGE robot is fucking terrible indeed but Shia's mech got some flashy animation.

I did the 100 audio only one. The video one is a bit easier since you can just guess by recognising characters. Do I know what the Naruto OPs sound like? No. Do I know what the characters look like because of mass sightings of them online? Yes.
Also "K-On!! 2" is not the name of the show. Such a cheat. It's K-On! and K-on!! I wrote the double exclamation marks!

That game is still going. I don't read the manga, but this frigging game is still ongoing. This single game has more chapters then the rest of the story, if I am not mistaken.
