You know, I really love the music in both series, and I've listening to them for 100's of hours nonstop, but at first all those years ago it was a guilty pleasure. For a while I didn't want to admit that I really liked it, since it's very 80's and synthy and uncool and just odd and such, but eventually I learned to just let it in and enjoy the cheesy lyrics ("You are the one!" "Nothin' impossible!" "Kondishon guriin") and accept my tastes. The fact that they are both composed by the same person really allowed me to realize that it wasn't a fluke, and that this shit really is my jam. I fucking love it.
